I think theres something spiritually wrong with me. Could be physical as well. But i think its my spiritual health. My heart constantly hurts.

Past 3-4 nights ive gotten exactly 4 hours of sleep. I used to not sleep at all so this is better than nothing lol. Atleast i sleep at all i guess.

Basically been laying in bed all night. I took trazedone melatonin and benedryl rediculous i know.

Seraquil used to work but make me tired. I called a sleep doctor they said october 22nd lol.

And doctors only perscribe trazadone. Benedryl works better.

Its technically not insomnia its actually cus i had hep c from after i was getting sober and relapsed.

Super crappy. And i have brain damage so having no sleep makes me super crazy lol. Super paranoid and seeing shimmers.

Any advice or what medicine? Maybe il call a psyche doctor lol.
