[IIL] the chord progression’s and vocal’s in Underwear by Pulp, Beetlebum by Blur and Counting Blue Cars by Dishwalla?

I know a million other songs like this haha, though I should clarify that I’m not just looking for nineties alternative music. I’m looking for what I have requested in the title. :)

How do you talk to people?

For reference, I’m homeschooled. I don’t have any hobbies or interests that force me to get out there and talk to people. I should also let this be known — that I’m not looking to figure out how to join a collective of people or have a group of friends.. Anything like that. I just want to know if I can condition myself into having everyday, casual conversations with the average person. I want to try this, I really do and I can be shy sometimes either way I want to try. Does anyone else struggle with this; or have struggled with this in the past? Do you have any advice? I worry this is just a far away fantasy, I’ll be stuck as someone lonely.

Have there been cases of modifying bone like this?

I know in some cultures/religion’s piercing the skin, getting tattoos or modifying one’s body in extreme fashion is a practice. You’ll see things like those giant African lip plates or big gauges in the ears. If nothing like this is practiced in a cultural sense then what about in an aesthetic sense? The way a little girl will her lobes pierced or how someone might get a silly tattoo. For this possibly fictitious process, I’ve conjured up how this might work. You would remove the skin down to the bone — you would carve into it (letter’s, pattern’s etc.) or in some cases, cut into it. I don’t know how the body works but I imagine it’d be like woodworking mixed with surgery? Has there been cases of bone mods?

As a fan of the Perfect Person pod I’m glad there’s another call in podcast with the Smosh member(s) I can listen to. I think the first few episodes are rough, I’m sure not why but I’m sure Arasha will find her flow with it just as Courtney did with URL. I must say though, since I was so used to Perfect person; where they will call back the person leaving the message, it was harder to get into. I still enjoy it, nonetheless though. What do you guy’s think so far? Are you enjoying it?

Extra points if it makes me cry for fear of the future and or humanity! I already seen Videodrome, so. Oh — and sorry if this doesn’t make sense or if the photos are too miscellaneous. I really want something that feels like Laurie Anderson’s song/music video “O Superman.” That’s what made me post this.

Hi everybody, I’ve been looking for this song. It was trending around late 2022 to late 2024. The song featured angelic, airy female vocals. No words were spoken in this melody though the few seconds trending were sounded out as followed.

“Ah, ahh, ah, ah, ah, ah.”

I remember the sound of a light percussion once the vocals had fled into the scene; the instrumentals following this sounded “sparkly.”

I’m not sure what year the song came out though i could assume the 80’s to the 2020’s based on a few other songs I recognizable — similar to this one.

The sound sounded eastern, its roots possibly tracing back to African or Arabic music though I couldn’t know.

It reminded me a lot of Sade’s work as well as bands like Portishead or Cibo Matto.

Thank you in advance.
