Excellent flavor, tender and chewy. Need to work on getting the crumb a little more irregular nooks and crannies. Also love just cooking them in my cast iron on the stove.

Decided I wanted a fluffernutter cookie, I like chocolate with mine. This was my first trial with the cookie, next time I’ll be adjusting a few things. Overall a delicious first run

I made these cookies with the thought of wanting a cookie that tasted like pancakes with a buttery creamy syrup frosting. They have the BTS Oreos crushed up inside of the dough to add to that brown sugar pancake flavor. This is my first batch of these not disappointed very good. May try to boost the pancake taste next time.
