Why did Lautaro hey a downgrade for being the topscorer?

Maignan was in full decline at the end of the season why is he a 87? Zielinski and Akanji arguably had their best seasons ever but only got a +1/2. Falcone at 84 Is the worst thing I ever saw and the fact that Kone is 81 rated is criminal aswell. Both Thurams deserve a bit more and same goes for De Ketelare and Ndicka. The worst one here is Çalhanoglu, 12 goals and 7 assist as a CDM in 30 matches (all comps) and is 85 rated. I'm pretty sure they don't even know how many teams are in the league
