Question regarding the upcoming GoldHen on PS5

Can someone explain what GoldHen is exactly since I haven't yet JB my PS5, I have also searched it online and feel like basically everything that it offers is already what we can get on a jailbroken PS5 already but I could be wrong tho. So if someone who already had a jailbroken PS5 and know about GoldHen can u kindly explain to me what is it and how can it change the PS5 if it brings any changes at all.

Is the first ever Child's Play an indie film or not?

I was thinking of finally getting into this franchise with ten original ones and when I searched, I was taken by surprise that it says it's an indie film, however it's made by MGM and not indie at all. So does someone know what's going on, is that a typo or am I missing something??
