Building up my liquor cabinet! Thoughts?

Hey yall, I’ve recently fallen in love with trying different tequilas and wanted to begin building a quality liquor cabinet. I’m looking for something to sip neat, something for mixing, something for shots, and something quality on the less expensive side. I’ve done some research and came across these 4 that have my attention, my question is, is my starting 4 looking to shape up nicely? I’d love some opinions from some seasoned tequila drinkers. I’m very new to this so I’d appreciate any input or recommendations!

Might I add, I like the idea of variety, which is why I went for one of each kind of tequila, I chose 2 reposados because I’ve come to enjoy it most

Getting a Terror Vinyl signed

Hey everyone, I’ll be seeing Terror soon and I’m super excited! I also wanted to try and get a vinyl signed by Scott and the other band members, but my question is, does anyone know if they usually stick around after shows? Or if they are even the type to usually sign stuff either, I tried doing some research on here but came up with nothing. Just wanted to see if anyone else had any input, thanks!

Has anyone who bought Austin tickets received them?

I know the shows tickets are through Axs and wanted to see if that specific venue holds ticket dispersal 24-48 hours before the show.

I ask because I got some tickets off StubHub and have yet to receive them, I know that could be because of literally anything but it would give me some peace of mind if I knew it was just the venue holding them. Thanks!

Whoever is selling 2 GA tickets for Austin on the 16th, post them for $200 right now and I’ll buy.

I’m not playing, post them on AXS for $200 right now, and I will buy them. Tickets for $300 is where I draw the line, let me get my tickets and you make your profit.

CAN THESE SCAMMERS GET ANYMORE FUCKING STUPID?

I posted I’m trying to buy tickets and they can’t even go through the effort of editing a ticket to make it look like it’s from AXS?? Just LAZY.

I tell you what how about someone who actually wants to make a profit off some tickets for the May 16th show, POST THE TICKETS ON AXS FOR $200. I will buy them IMMEDIATELY. Idgaf it’s 5 times the retail price, upload the tickets to AXS resale RIGHT NOW FOR $200 and I’ll buy them. IM NOT PLAYING.

Each lazy pos I’ve encountered so far

Hey yall, I’ll be seeing Mac in Austin next week and I’m super excited! I see all the videos about how he’s meeting fans after shows and definitely wanted to try and get a vinyl signed, but unfortunately it looks like I won’t have the time to do so. So I wanted to try and get a signed vinyl at the merch stand, my question is though, how early are this vinyls selling out?

Any idea of around how many are being sold at each show? I just want to make sure I’m there early enough to grab one. Thanks everyone.

No bullshit, I do want to check out the holocaust museum, history fascinates me. I’ll definitely see the usual touristy stuff, the White House, Supreme Court, Lincoln memorial, etc. I’m also really big into fragrance so I’m gonna try to check out a spot that has a bunch of Krigler fragrances. Any more suggestions? Thanks!

What I mean by that is, when I’m smelling a fragrance, my impression of them is rarely what they intent to portray, or even what they factually are. And it has always been this way for me, I just have what my girlfriend calls a “deranged” sense of smell LOL. It hasn’t stopped me from smelling everything, I’ve still been able to find fragrances I love. But recently I purchased a bunch of testers to look for a new freshy but made out with some interesting notes of all the fragrances. I figured I share them for entertainment lol, but I wrote down what each sample smelled like to me.

Arquiste Parfumeur - The Architects Club

This smelled like a warm, sweet, hot glue gun

Diptyque - L’Eau Papier

This smelled like the shoe cleaner ReShoevenator, and tortilla chips

Orto Parisi - Terroni Parfum

Straight barbecue chips, Lays

Fugazzi - Angel Dust

Chamoy, Tamarind, maybe even liquor

Mischief Academy - The Little Mermaid

A mall

That’s just a few of 16 samples I tried. One of the few that I could actually tell the notes of was Maison Francis Grand Soir. But maybe that’s just because I’m more of a darker rich gourmand kind of guy. Anyways I wanted to share because I thought it was amusing, still looking for a unique freshy though!

Hello everyone, this post kind of invokes r€commendations but I swear it’s deeper than that.

I am incredibly picky about my fragrances, and amidst this journey I’ve found a handful of fragrances I love and use in my rotation. They are all deep, rich, gourmand adjacent, unisex and heavy. And I LOVE that, only problem is, I live in fucking Texas and it gets hot as hell.

My rotation consists of

Parfum De Marly -Pegasus

Mind Games -Grand Master

Pacco Rabanne -1 million Elixir

Grandmaster is the darkest, perfect for when it gets real cold. Pegasus is the lightest I own, still complex enough for my liking and just unique to me. And Elixir is a great middle ground, fruity and delicious. But, what I am really looking for, is a FRESH fragrance to add to my rotation. Something I can wear in the summer and spring without it suffocating me lol.

But I’m trying to look for something that still hits that complex and rich quality that I usually go for. Interestingly enough, I’ve never liked “blue fragrances” which is what most freshys appeared to me. They mostly seemed identical and uninteresting, most of them except one. Which funnily enough is a pretty run of the mill blue, Versace Pour Homme. I knew someone who wore that fragrance and it was honestly the best “blue” freshy I’ve ever smelled. To me it was complex and rich without being too offending, yet a consensus I see is that it’s as basic a blue as they come.

That’s just for reference really, I guess my question is, what is a unique rich “blue” freshy to you? It doesn’t have to be blue at all, I’m just interested in what seasoned noses find intriguing, maybe in the comments could be the freshy I’ve been looking for all along. Thank you!
