x.comMy friend needs help. She asked me to reach out to you here.
She was suspended/banned but then after the investigation it was found to be in error. They restored her mod status in groups, the content that was in question and issued her an apology saying the account was restored, but it wasn't. After over two weeks she still has no access to her account. It seems to be stuck on read only.
She has written them everyday asking it to be fixed and has received no response whatsoever. She has tried reaching out on the other platforms that has Reddit groups only to be getting responses from scammers to help. Everything says to go on reddit help for help but she can't since she can't use her account to do it. She also does not want to break the rules of creating an alt account to reach out and ask for help as that would be considered ban evasion and then grounds for a real banning. She is trying to follow the rules.
I'm new and not even sure if this is the right place to ask for technical assistance or even if it's harassment being done.
Can anyone offer help?
