I am overwhelmed by the choices of strollers out there. I think one the most recommended strollers I've come across is Uppababy Cruz V3 or V2. So I am leaning towards that.

Is there a significant difference between the 2?

I just want to confirm if this stroller has everything a stroller should have or would I still need to buy something else for the stroller 😅

The only other thing I am unsure of is the car seat. I understand you can either get an infant car seat first for the first 6-12 months or go straight to convertible. My only concern with going straight to the convertible is, will the newborn baby straight out of the hospital properly fit in it? lol it just seems humangous or maybe I am overthinking.

Also, what convertible car seat should I get?

Is there a CC ETF version of XEQT? Something that is medium risk, well diversified, where you just make an initial investment to earn around $1k a month in dividends without having to worry about NAV erosion, how its stock price is doing constantly?

First time parent here..baby coming in October. It says you can take standard paternity leave within 12 months of baby’s arrival. I plan to use my vacation days for the baby in October. Then I am thinking of taking my paternal leave in February for 4 months. We are planning to just get away from the cold for a while and go some place warm.

Has anyone else here taken paternal leave later? If so when is appropriate to inform employer? Should I just inform them about my leave like a month before i.e January?

Guys, Im gonna be honest, all this talk of a crash is giving me severe anxiety. I have not really experienced a crash unless you count the 2020 market crash.

I am mainly invested in covered call ETFs such as QDAY, BANK, PAYG.

Like many others I am constantly hearing about incoming market crash, AI Bubble popping and its starting to get me worried like oh wait I dont even have a strategy planned for such a scenario.

So my question is what are you suppoded to during a market crash if you are portfolio is primarily comprised of dividend earning covered call ETFs. Do you sell as soon as its about to crash, do you just keep investing as usual or you stop investing just ride out the downturn period? Whats the best strategy?

Im just a bit nervous about financial situation since I am the sole provider and will loose big chunk of my monthly income. Its $729/week so roughly $2900/month which leaves quite little after paying rent.

Black myth wukon crashes witb Ray Tracing ON

On gaming laptop rtx4090, all settings very high except shadows which is set to high, FG ON, RT Very high, im getting 90-110 fps. Latency not noticeable.
However game crashes after 30 mins of game play. When I disable RT, the game no longer crashes.

Anyone else have this issue? What are optimized settings for this game if you want to play with RT ON?

I've never interacted with someone from that field before until recently. Someone who is a potential tenant is interested in renting the upper portion of my house.

The image I get from this job is high stress environemnt, dealing with criminals/inmates. Maybe I am just being hesitant for some reason. Something to do with dealing with people with aggression or involved in criminal activity...just giving off negative energy, I don't know.
