This was very interesting to read in my opinion, as it shows his own point of view on his not-so-great performances, but also how he wants to improve. I know a lot of people here have been annoyed at Grier for this trade, but he's surprised us many times.

I hope perhaps Nurse being here will be sort of a fresh start for him, and will boost the good side of his style of play. He isn't a bad player, he's an amazing athlete with decent talent, he just slips up during more important moments.

We'll all see how this plays out in the Regular season!!
