G7 app issues with Visa

Has anyone else had issues trying to use the G7 app with a Visa CC? Every time I tried to order my ride the app would throw some 3D security error. I looked online about this and saw other posts about this same issue. Apparently it’s specific to Visa. I used my Visa in Paris everywhere the entire week without issue. I wrote an email to G7 to complain and they tried to blame my bank and that I should contact them. It has nothing to do with Capital One! Fix your damn app G7!

Ended up having to get my hotel to call a taxi for me. I was super pissed.

What duck dish to try for first time?

Heading off to Paris tonight. Going to be trying duck at a restaurant for the first time. I have 3 options from what I see. Magret de canard (seared duck breast), duck confit, or duck tagine. What’s the best option for the first time having duck? The seared duck breast looks like a really good steak from the pics I’ve seen. But a lot of people seem to rave about duck confit or tagine as well. Thanks for the advice!

How well can an Ego mower handle my difficult yard?

I think I already probably know the answer but…my Honda gas mower just shit the bed again. I’ve had it for 12 years. My yard has trees and adjoins a patch of woods. I deal with sweet gum balls, hickory nuts, rogue bamboo shoots that pop up from the patch that someone planted in the woods, and small twigs from the trees. Would these conditions absolutely destroy something like an Ego electric mower? I know they beat my Honda has one to shit. I could have my Honda repaired again but I was curious about electric.

Affordable Paris souvenirs

I already plan on bringing my wife, friend, and mother back some chocolates from Paris, which I imagine will be quite expensive. What other souvenirs could I bring back in addition that are affordable, and easy to find that the women in my life would enjoy? Any good French brand scented soaps or anything or stuff like that, that’s affordable and easy to bring back home? Thanks.

Ordering both cheese and dessert course…

Is it ok to order both a cheese course and a dessert at the end of the meal, or do people generally do one or the other? I don’t get to Paris very often and I want to try as many things as possible, but I also don’t want to look out of place. Thanks.

Trying to make a purchase on Old Navy’s app and when I check out with Apple Pay I double click and it errors out and says “update contact information” where my email is. The email is correct. I literally just ordered something from the Old Navy app a few days ago and I’ve changed nothing. What is going on? Just a temporary glitch?

I am interested in drip irrigation as I live in the southern United States and with how hot and dry it gets here, if I forget to water my plants turn to toast quickly. I just planted a bed of begonias. There is a gardenia at the end of the bed and on the other side of the gardenia there is a bed of hostas. Would it just be easiest to add some kind of drip line between the two rows of begonias, or is it best to use drip emitters? What about for the gardenia and hosta section? Thanks
