Having issues with Kenwood head unit cutting speakers.
This is going to be TLDR but I’ll make it as succinct as possible. Had a full system installed 1.5 years ago in my 2012 WRX. I went with Kenwood for amp and head unit as I could keep my steering wheel controls with their Maestro system or whatever it’s called. System worked great, 1 10” and full alpine door speakers and tweeters. The issue arose while I was moving 1,000+ miles. 3/4 into the trip, (my car was totally packed out and the amp is under the passenger seat), the audio cut out but the face stayed on. I reached under the seat and the amp was crazy hot. I turned the radio off and kept on. Decided to try it again and it worked, as long as I didn’t push it. I, being an imbecile and not wanting to do proper diag due to the move, figured I cooked the amp because it wasn’t getting proper ventilation and ordered another Kenwood 803-5 amp and installed it. The threshold for when it cuts off has gone up but the original problem persists when pushed. I researched and figured bad ground but found the ground perfect to the amp with a multimeter. They used good gauge from my naked eye. I can monitor vehicle voltage through the head unit and even when pushed it stays between 13.3 and 14. Sooooo, I guess I’m just asking for any other input. I did the whole moving the fader from speaker to speaker and it gave me the same condition no matter what.
TL/DR: any input would be greatly appreciated. Have an extra Kenwood x803-5 amp now too. I realize I’m an idiot.

Had paint Correction and Ceramic.
Of course it immediately rains when they finish. I’m still stoked.

Rescued little guy from my backyard. Think he fell during a storm. Got him to a wildlife lady who rehabilitates and releases.
This is going to be a weird one.
I was awarded an 8 figure settlement by a jury, actually multiple million more than we were suing for. Defense appealed and the judge lowered the amount low 7 figures due to precedent. We are appealing the decision with the whole process already at basically 7 years. The award was over two years ago and I have no news on the appeal at the moment. The panel of judges can basically choose any amount they find fitting between the appealed amount and the original award. So my issue arises that I had a severe injury two years ago and had to basically retire from my job after two surgeries weren’t able to return function necessary for my job. I was a highly trained specialist in my field and have been extremely depressed and lost about that. I didn’t have much savings so I borrowed against my award to the tune of $120,000 dollars that I will owe $157,000 on when I receive the whatever money. I’m running out of the loan after six years, doing some side jobs I am able to occasions but I don’t have anything really rolling in. I believe I can borrow another $20,000-$50,000 grand and make it to the final award decision from the appeals court. My credit was destroyed by an ex and I’ve been trying to rebuild best I can. I ran out of union benefits six months after my injury and liquidated my 401k like an idiot a couple years ago. I guess my question is would you take the ridiculous loan against the award considering I’m running out of money; and secondly, a financial advisor is a must when I eventually see the award, right? I want to live humble and comfortable with work I can do at my pace and a studio for my music hobbies, I’m looking at Maine. Any thoughts or insight is appreciated as is your patience if you made it this far.
Nice moment at DC N2

Interesting looking fella.
Wonder if this is natural or he may have gotten accidentally painted?
My Burrowing Buddies watch T.V. with me.
This one wasn’t excited about me trying to learn more about him.
