So I'm from bio background. Idk what to start or from where..
Well I'm supposed to try for jobs rn. But I keep asking 'why should I? To keep living this shitty life ?'
I'm just surviving, nothing much. I feel so empty. I've no motivation or will to live
I suffered acne for around 10 years. First my concern was the appearance of pimples and the marks. But the real bitc* is the scars! ( Tho some people get mild acne that doesn't leave scars )
Even if you do treatments you'll never get the old smooth skin back..some angle/lightning reveals the whole holes on the face and textured skin.It makes you look older too.
I'm having a hard time smiling..teeth is way too small & assymetric and it's mostly covered by upper lips.
I hate periods. Yesterday I was literally dying. It's not just the pain but zero energy, diarrhea, vomiting all at the same time. I couldn't even lie on the bed..I was rolling on the floor for hours and crying in washroom. I took 3 painkiller but bcz of vomiting and all it's not affective..
Injuries or disease I had, it's all nothing compared to the suffering I'm going through during periods..every fkn month it's the same
I'm in my early 20s . 4'11-5'0 height and 55 kg . The bmi is healthy but I've more fat persentage. Most of em stored as belly fat and it's the last thing to lose.
This month I've started working out. 30 min 5-7 days a week. And I consume around 1500-2000 cal a day. I feel like this routine is maintaining my weight not really helping to lose any. Also I want to prevent muscle lose and build muscles on lower body ( my legs are skinny compared to upper body )..
So there's this friend of mine.. He has feelings and attachment towards someone online, someone offline, and his ex at the same time. And he now said yes to his offline girl. Is this normal?
I'm kinda afraid of getting into a relationship now. Almost everyone having the baggage of ex's, so many crushes and all..while I don't even have a celebrity crush

Which fasting should I try ? Intermittent,omad,adf.. which's more effective for weight loss?
My weight is on and off. I used to eat less when I stayed in dormitory ( food was bad) and become 48kg. Now I gained again after coming home. The thing with my body is I'll easily gain weight If I start my usual diet again..
I've read so many stories about people who gained all their weight back when they stopped fasting. I'm kinda worried about that part..
I'm in my early 20s, 5'0 height and 54.50kg current weight .. I do have stress eating habit and fasting didn't really work for me despite multiple failed attempts. I used to be around 58-59kg before. I lost weight only when I wasn't trying for it. During my college years the food was very bad in the dormitory, that I started to eat less..and I become around 48-49kg. When I came back to home I gained the weight..
So I'm planning to do fasting again and my weight goal is 45kg.
-The thing is I'm afraid what if I gain all my weight back when I start normal diet after the fasting?
- I wanna do omad, can I have one cheat day ( fast foods ) once a week?
-Also I'm losing most of the fat from lower body and it looks inverted triangle when I lose my weight..how can I stop that? My legs become skinny as hell and it looks weird compared to the upper body.. should I worry about body shape after reaching my weight goal and hit gym later or work on it while losing weight?
- I've seen a lotta videos about water fasting and I really wanna try it..But I'm worried about going malnourished and hair loss. ( My hair loss mainly depends on my diet and stress. It looks healthy now, used to be terrible during college days ) . If I put alot of stress on body and doesn't eat much I'll lose my hair for sure..

So I tried emi wong's 45min workout today...mahn I couldn't complete..I'm only able to do the first few sets and forced myself to complete atleast for 14 min..am I too weak ? My parm was hurting so much when I tried arm workout..I'm so frustrated

As someone who never been in realationship I'll feel insecure being with someone who had a serious relationship and they still cherish their ex's memories and talk about it..It's an instant turn off for me. Won't let anyone lay on my shoulders to move on from their ex..I'd rather stay single than this

So I wanna lose 8 kgs. Losing weight isn't an issue for me..But after weight loss my lower body looks so slim and looking inverted triangle. My glutes become flat and legs becoming so skinny comparing to the upper body even at 48 kg weight...any advice ? Workouts gonna fix it ?
