Anyone know where to find the "Director's"/Unrated cut of The Curse Of Michael Myers?

For those who don't know, it's basically the Theatrical cut with a few new additions like extended gore and an actual explanation for the Cult Of Thorn in this version. It also has a more concrete ending for the series with no sequel hook.
