Has anyone managed to reduce thyroid nodules?

About 6 months ago, thyroid nodules were found during an ultrasound. My doctor told me not to treat them and just monitor them.
At that time, I was focusing on correcting iron deficiency and improving my overall health. Since then, I’ve completely changed my diet and lifestyle. My thyroid antibody levels have dropped significantly (TgAb: 17 → 2, TPOAb: 16 → 1), but the nodules are still there.
I recently spoke with a doctor who suggested focusing on gut health rather than treating the nodules directly. He also recommended avoiding dairy for a while, so I’m trying that and plan to repeat my tests in a few months.
Has anyone here had thyroid nodules become smaller or even disappear? What helped in your experience

How do I get more defined abs?

I’ve been training consistently and trying to improve my physique. I’d love to make my abs more visible.
Is it mostly about getting into a calorie deficit, or should I focus more on specific ab exercises?
I’d really appreciate any advice or tips from people who’ve been through the same process.

Does anyone here use a ketoconazole shampoo?

My dermatologist recommended that I use a ketoconazole shampoo once a week because I was dealing with significant hair loss.
I’ve been using Nizoral, and while it seems to work, it does leave my scalp and hair a bit dry.
I’m curious—what ketoconazole shampoo do you use? Would you recommend it?

Help with makeup

Guys, help me with my makeup. I want something fresher, shimmering, and with freckles...the reference is the next photo.
Of course, the lipstick should be light with a pink tint (I tried beige and it turned out really dark and heavy). What shade of blush would you recommend? And what else could I change to make it more in line with the reference and suit me?
and maybe I'm doing the sculpting wrong…what do you think?

My 9 month hair recovery journey

I used to have naturally thick, healthy hair, so when my hair started shedding in September 2025, I was honestly shocked.
I took a photo and realized how much density I had lost — you could actually see through my hair, especially around my temple area.
I decided to be consistent and focus on taking care of my hair every day.
My routine:
•scalp peeling every 2 weeks
•natural oil treatments twice a week
•sulfate-free shampoo for regular washes
•sulfate shampoo once a week for deeper scalp cleansing
•oiling my ends and lengths overnight to protect my hair from friction
•sleeping on a silk pillowcase
•improving my nutrition and correcting deficiencies after blood work with my doctor
After 9 months (September 2025 → June 2026), I can finally see a difference. I’ve regained a lot of my volume and density, but I’m still working on it 🤍

I know hair recovery takes time, so I’m going to keep being consistent and patient. Hopefully, this time next year I’ll see even more growth and feel like I’m fully back to my old hair again.
Has anyone else gone through something similar ?

One of my favorite breakfast 🤍

Waffles + egg + salmon + cucumber
And one sweet /waffle + banana + nuts 🌰

Any ideas to spice up my usual breakfast?

I’m trying to keep my breakfasts simple but balanced.
It’s oatmeal with a little butter, banana, blueberries, pumpkin seeds, and sometimes cashews and pecans. I also add two eggs on the side for extra protein.

I love it, but sometimes I get bored eating the same thing. What would you add or change?

What is my instagram strategy if I haven't posted for a year?

What should my strategy be now if I haven’t posted anything on Instagram for a whole year?

Would it be better to post every day, every other day, or maybe just once a week (which I assume is probably not enough), but consistently and at the right time?

I’d really appreciate any recommendations on how to come back, grow again, and get the algorithm working in my favor

Looking for doctors

One year apart.

When my hair loss started, I spent almost a year trying to figure out the root cause. My ferritin was 19, my vitamin D was 33,and I also had H. pylori.

Over the following year, I focused on improving my ferritin, treating H. pylori, and optimizing my vitamin D, B12, folate (B9), and zinc levels. I also consistently took omega-3, magnesium before bed, made sure I was eating enough protein, exercised 3 times a week, and followed a daily scalp care routine.

My ferritin is now 60, and my hair has improved significantly.

To improve my ferritin and address the underlying issues, I ended up working remotely with a doctor from my home country.
I’m still looking for a great doctor in NYC who understands hair loss and optimal nutrient levels🙏🏼
