Concept art I’ve made so far for the comic/webcomic I’m trying to write ✨i wanted to post here to see if anyone would find this interesting but my main characters name is Emery. She’s obsessed with the human world and loves reading books about them, but the fairy queen forbids anyone from crossing the portal into the human world. Her and her friends Odessa and Eudora sneak out into the human world but find that it’s a lot different than in books, and with the deforestation that’s happening in the forest, their portal tree is in danger of being chopped down, closing the portal between the two worlds forever. They have to work together with a human witch named Monica to try and save the forest.

Hi guys, idk if this is weird but i wanted to ask bc i wasn’t sure if this is an original experience. I was homeschooled 2nd grade through graduation and I’ve always loved learning about things like science, nature, history, and culture. I was severely academically neglected and verbally abused to be made to think I was dumb my whole life so I’ve always basically had to teach myself even really basic things.

These past few months I’ve decided to try and make artwork that helps me learn these things. I like to research all of the subjects I learn about, for example, the second slide is all plants native to India and so is the butterfly that the fairy’s wings are based on, and she is wearing traditional Desi clothing. Feel free to ask me about anything else.
