Hello guys - as far as I know, wala daw title yung house nila. They also don't have a lease doon.

They told me this before, and if ever meron mang title, hindi naka pangalan sa kanila, that I know for sure.

If I wanted to evict them and make them homeless, how do I go about this? Walang may ari nung lupa na yun, and they're basically living rent-free. (utilities lang nababayaran nila)

as in walang ginagawan every single f*cking day! Baliktad na tulog, pero hindi naman nagtatrabaho; hindi naman siya graveyard shift. Unemployed and wala din initiative mag apply for work.

Kahit maghugas ng pinggan, hindi niya ginagawa. I even tried to give him an opportunity, sabi ko, "hey, you wanna make some money?" he just shook his head, tapos wala balik sa pag cellphone at doom scroll. (may utang na din siya 2k sa internet nila hindi niya mabayaran dahil tamad)

Hindi ko ma-comprehend kung paano nabubuhay nang masaya ang mga ganitong tao.

Para makakuha ng work permit/gate pass, napakatagal! Bukod pa sa office, kuhain ang work permit sa gate pass. I have never encountered such incompetent admins in my life.

I asked them kung saan puwedeng mag-file ng complaint against their admin, and sabi nila "wala dito lang din", so wala rin mangyayari kasi sa inyo lang din pala lalapag yung complaint.

We waited 5 hours mahigit just for a gate pass. Kahit online wala? Meron pero hindi din inaasikaso. Sayang, maganda sana ang condos niyo at maganda ang location. Ayun nga lang, napaka-incompetent ng admin office niyo. Walang structure and magulo.

Sa company kase nila maliit lang ang company and yunh tropa ko errand boy siya sa boss nila kumbaga. Since limited yung vehicles nila sa company, ang ginagamit ni tropa na service niya is yung motor niya. Bali personal motorcycle niya ginagamit niya for daily operations such as picking up parcels, going here going there etc.

Nasiraan ng motor si tropa umabot ng 1200 yung bill sa shop. Taena sabi ng boss niya abono daw tas kaltas sa sahod. Grabe naman para sakin ah hinfi na nga nakapag provide si company ng motor para sa kanya kakaltasan niyo pa. Sagot niyo na dapat yun eh or at least 80% sa inyo. Alam ko din galawan ng boss niya, super daming pera nun and puro shady din business niya so 1200 shouldn't be a big deal.
