Should I keep losing weight to lose love handles?

I'm 183cm at 76.5kg. I'm worried I'm getting too skinny with no muscle, yet I still want to cut and lose the love handles.

I have a hard time understanding what I look like so harsh but constructive criticism is welcome 🙏

And yes i may have gyno. Although it's going down slowly with weight loss. 🤏

I plan on bulking nonetheless I just want to make sure I have a long runway before I Jump into it.

Upper Lower 6 days a week?

I've decided to lower my sets from 5 to 3. With reps ranging between 8-12, upping the weight whenever I hit 12 reps.

Would I be getting enough rest for muscle growth if I hit upper/lower back to back with no rest days?

Would 3 sets even be enough for muscle growth?

If not i'm down to do some cardio instead of a 6 day upper lower.

Can someone explain how to do a bench press? I know its hard explaining with words.

My main problem is i flare our my elbows and contract my back muscles like on a cable row.

However am i supposed to keep my elbows as less flares as possible? And push with my arms and not use my shoulder strength?

How can I add deadlifts into my leg routine? Is this good enough?

Wanting to move outside my comfort zone and need help not overlapping muscles. I like my routine to be pretty minimal but hitting everything necessary.

My current leg routine is

Leg extensions

Lying leg curl

Leg press

Calf raise

I do this twice a week however would it be okay if I did it once a week and instead on the second leg day I just do these 2?

How am I still fat? 183cm 77kg

Started strength training and accidently bulked to 92kg. (Didn't know diet was important)

This year I decided to continue strength training in a calor deficit. I'm now down to 77kg however I still have love handles, back fat and a small belly bump. How am I still fat? Should I continue the deficit? Possibly into the 73kg territory?
