Last night my girlfriend texted me out of nowhere and told me has the syndrome called parasomnia (AKA confusional arousal)

What am I supposed to do now?? Like what should I do?? I have never seen her acted the way she was acting the last night.

Like how do i make her feel good, or am I even supposed to make her feel good in those episodes of parasomnia??

Please share your experience if you have a partner with that syndrome or if you have that syndrome..

Although I really enjoyed that side of her's, like her behaviour was so pure and frank at that time..
