Contractor installed 1 of 6 windows. Is this a bad installation?

Got the first window installed and they are coming back to do the rest. I understand that the overflow can be cut away, but I am concerned about how the new window is protruding from the trim.

The contractor told me that it's because the windows are thicker than the previous windows.

Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks!

UPDATE: We contacted the realtor, we are trying to get a credit. The window installer stands by their work, and insists this is how renovation windows are regularly installed. 🤷

The guy can’t take it anymore. He steps out of his house, gets the truck driver down, turns the truck around in a single maneuver, and delivers it.

Can someone explain what’s happening here please!?!?

Hi, I got my roof done 5 years ago and after this heat wave this started happening. Call the guy who did it and said they were bad shingles. I don’t know what to do.
Thank you for your advice in advance!

Is this as sketchy as it looks?

Seen on my daily commute. Is it ready for a hot tub?
