Need a very aggressive HOA & neighbor dispute lawyer experienced in Atlanta for a condo issue

That’s all. I want the meanest, most bulldog lawyer to work with a neighbor to neighbor condo dispute and the HOA. Long story short my neighbor is repeatedly causing loss of use of my kitchen from ruining the pipes, and he refuses entry to my plumber and the HOA. This has come to a head after years causing loss of use my kitchen last night indefinitely. The HOA is likely going to be involved and so far has taken the nice approach which isn’t working, and they won’t force him to cooperate, so I’m likely going to have to go after both the HOA and the neighbor to get this fixed. I want to start consulting with lawyers ASAP, but I want a good aggressive one who gets real results.

Ongoing moderate to severe diarrhea in senior cat, desperate for ideas of what else to test for and how to get it to stop

\* Species: Cat

\* Age: 16-19 (unclear, was a rescue. Vet estimated within 3 year window at time of adoption)

\* Sex/Neuter status: Spayed F

\* Breed: DSH

\* Body weight: 14.5 LB

\* History: Hyperthyroidism, IBD, arthritis

\* Clinical signs: Diarrhea & UTI dx'd 2+ weeks ago, some vomiting

\* Duration: 2-3 weeks

\* Your general location: Atlanta GA USA

\* Links to any test results, X-rays, vet reports etc. that you have: No links to online copies at this time

On Thursday 7/16 my cat Kiki had her annual vet visit with bloodwork and got her routine annual shots. She is an indoor only senior kitty. Her TSH became uncontrolled per the bloodwork results received the next day, so we immediately raised her methimazole dosage 2x per day (from .3ML to .5ML per day). She had been vomiting more frequently as well around 1-2 weeks of the vet visit, but the vet says it's normal due to IBD.

The morning of Saturday 7/18 (two days later) I noticed 1 hour before leaving for a flight her stool was formed but looked a bit wet/loose. This is not unusual for her if she becomes stressed, and typically resolves on its own no problem, and it was formed so I didn't think too much about it. From 7/18-7/23 her appetite decreased greatly, and her stools became mushy and unformed, but the pet sitters did not alert me.

The morning of Friday 7/24 (so I week after I left) she refused all food, all snacks, all water, and was peeing blood and having diarrhea. A new sitter who is a vet tech came that morning and thankfully recognized all of this, let me know, and rushed her to the vet. She was diagnosed with a severe UTI, Interstital Cystitis Flare, and a bad flare of existing IBD. She had lost about .6LB in 1 week. She was prescribed the following: Orbax 1.5ML 1x per day, Zofran 2x per day, an appetite stimulant to rub on the ear 1x per day, Buprenex 2x per day .05ML, 100mg gabapenton 2x per day, and was given 2 bags of fluids at the vet.

I arrived home that evening, the diarrhea was severe and continuing. We went to the ER vet the next day as the diarrhea got worse. They told me to stay the course with the medications, and gave her 2 SubQ fluid injections which really perked her up. She continued to have severe diarrhea through the next few days, and we returned to her normal vet Tuesday 7/28. They prescribed a hypochorlous acid wound spray for her butt (extremely raw with inflamed anal glands at this point), a yeast ointment for her butt and base of tail, Pro-Pectalin probiotic with binder (1Mg per day). They confirmed she had at least gained her lost weight back. The diarrhea still continued, so they added in a half tab of Immodium (1mg per day) and Forti-flora probiotic packs sprinkled in food.

The diarrhea stopped and she started having formed poops which continued through Tuesday 8/4. We trialed dialing back her Imodium dose 8/5, and the diarrhea immediately returned. She is now back on half tab of Imodium per day since 8/6, and the diarrhea is becoming worse again. I am finding it all over my house throughout the day. Poops are a mix of half formed half diarrhea, and I am constantly having to clean her butt. She is not happy and is starting to hate me for all of these meds. We trialed stopping the Zofran two days ago as well, and the vomiting returned while she used the litter box today so she's back on just 1 pill per day. The vet increased her prednisolone for her IBD from 2.5mg to 5mg per day temporarily, we started it 2 nights ago. A stool sample was finally done and it was negative. She is also now on Flagyl.

What else can we do? How can I stop this diarrhea and what else should I demand testing for? I am baffled and I feel horrible for her. The vet is saying this just happens with Senior IBD kitties. I don't know what other things we can check are. I’m scared my vet is overlooking something.

Here are the meds she's still on for all of this plus regular meds: Zofran 1x/day, Pro-pectalin 1MG per day, Buprenex .05ML/day, Flortiflora 1 packet per day, Orbax 1.5ML/day, gabapenton 50mg 2x/day, prednisolone 5mg/day, methimazole .5ML/day, Flagyl 150mg total per day

[Condo][GA] Condo neighbor who owns unit having severe mental break, posing danger to neighbors. What are my options with the HOA?

I live in a condo community in Atlanta GA USA, which is governed by an HOA and community condo board, and am looking for legal advice regarding what options are available to myself and forcing the HOA to act on an owner/resident who is repeatedly threatening and terrorizing other residents, and appears to be experiencing a severe mental health crisis.

On Thursday 8/6, a neighbor (I know her name and which unit she's from, she's lived here 5ish years) came into my building screaming about the US Army, God, dogs, astronauts, and various things. She aggressively banged on multiple neighbors' doors demanding people come outside, and got fixated on my unit when she realized we were in here. She repeatedly pounded on my door and began body slamming herself into it trying to force entry. My dad, a repairman, and I were inside and had to barricade my door with a kick bar while I called 911 and the front office.

For around 40 minutes she stayed outside my unit blocking my only entry and exit, screaming at us to come outside and confront her, saying she knew we were "not astronauts like we claim," screaming through my dining room window, and playing 9/11 videos and Bush's 9/11 speech. She finally moved on to other buildngs from there.

Police arrived much later after numerous 911 calls from across the entire condo community. They told us that after leaving my building, she continued going building to building screaming at and trying to attack other residents while yelling about 9/11, the Taliban, the US Army, illegal immigrants, and ICE. Police apprehended her and attempted to get her to voluntarily go with Grady EMS for mental health treatment, but she refused. She did tell them she's off her meds. Police told us they couldn't force her to go, and told her just to go back into her condo where she has been since then. Police confirmed they have her displaying signs of a mental break on bodycam and I have a case number for a police report that's pending.

She's still acting erratic. She basically lives on her balcony screaming now, and has personally screamed at me multiple times when I go to my car (her balcony overlooks our parking and our only entry/exit to parking). She has gone out to the parking lot, taken detailed photos of all of our cars, and tried to get into our cars multiple times. At around 4:30AM Monday 8/10, my Ring camera recorded her returning to our building and aggressively banging repeatedly on the door straight across from mine while carrying a large poster of a man with a name under the photo.

This became even more alarming after neighbors found her public LinkedIn activity from googling the man on her poster. For weeks, she has repeatedly posted to this same man's LinkedIn profile about things they are supposedly being "instructed" or "directed" to do up to 50 times a day, including references to burning things down. What's worrying, is a week before she tried to break into my unit, she publicly posted that they had been instructed to take out (editing to avoid flags) a woman named Demeter. My and other neighbor's fear is since she's potentially hallucinating, or at best not seeing us for who we are, she'll think we are this women she is supposed to take out, and act on it. We have no idea if she has weapons or not. After everything, myself and so many other neighbors are genuinely afraid someone is going to be seriously hurt by her. She made local news for going missing awhile back, and the news article says she is bi-polar.

I also learned after this happened that neighbors in her building unit had apparently been dealing with the same thing for about a week beforehand, and the HOA was fully aware, but they never warned anyone. I have now formally notified the HOA in writing, provided the evidence I have, requested their attorney become involved, and asked for immediate action. I have also submitted a report to Adult Protective Services Atlanta/Fulton County.

My legal ask: I need to know what can legally be done at this point to ensure the HOA acts on this. They're moving extremely slow and I don't feel they're taking the risk seriously. What options do I have? I'm scared to do too much legally and have her receive paperwork with my name so I'd like to avoid that. What can the HOA do when someone who legally owns their unit is doing this, because technically per police, she has a legal right to be here? Is there anything else legally available that I should be pursuing right now with the HOA?

I want to be clear that I feel for her with her mental issues, I work in healthcare and I know the importance of her having proper help. I want her to get help, but at this point she has proven she's a danger, and we are all at risk. I have to protect myself.

Anyone have an idea of when the anniversary theatre release tickets will go on sale?

I know we have a few months to go but it’s really not too far out. Just wondering if there’s been any updates I missed, or any mention of when tickets for the theatre re-release will go on sale.

Ongoing moderate to severe diarrhea in senior cat, desperate for ideas of what else to test for and how to get it to stop. Already working with vet.

**Poster Age:** 37 Adult

**Country**: Atlanta GA USA

**Vet info:** I am speaking with my vet daily on this issue and have no issues accessing. They are closed this weekend and I have an ER vet I am working with as well on weekends.

**Main Issue:** Diarrhea for 2-3 weeks that won't stop and caused kitty to get a severe UTI

**Cat Age:** 16-19 (unclear, vet estimated within 3 year range at time of adoption)

**Cat Sex + neuter info**: Spayed F

**Financial situation:** I can afford any and all vet care.

S90D OLED died, only 18 months old

As title states, I won’t ever be getting another Samsung again. I’ve had issues with their laundry units and dishwashers as well. Bought the S90D Jan 2025, last week the picture suddenly scrambled out of nowhere and the screen went half blank. I tried to turn it off and back on from there and the screen went completely dead with a red light blinking twice. Warranty team came out yesterday and confirmed the panel died, and I’ll be getting a refund check to buy a new TV. They also confirmed this is very common with this TV. Frustrated that I now have to spend more to get an equivalent TV, and that this happened after only 18 months. Even my awful $90 Amazon Fire TV by Toshiba lasted vastly longer than this.

Someone is actively trying to break into my home and I have a repairman trapped inside. I have been on hold for 15 minutes and ignored or transferred by 3 different operators.

That is all. Fuck our 911 services or lack of them. Thank god my door has a kick plate and we have a barricade bar. My repairman is sooooo upset and I don’t blame him. I have lived here 20 years and 911 has taken a nosedive. They’re also trying to break into all of my neighboring units.

For those accusing me of being a bot I have an extensive history in this sub. She stopped trying to actively break in but is in the parking lot attacking other neighbors while we wait for 911. 911 wouldn’t stay on the phone and keeps telling us someone will be dispatched. I posted this to highlight how shitty our 911 response is. She stopped trying to actively break in and I’m not really sure what else I’m supposed to be doing while I was on police and my door is already barricaded, so why not post to highlight this?

This isn’t the nice corner spa room, I sadly can’t afford that but I can afford what’s labeled as a corner king with sofabed for a trip coming up. I’m hesitant to book a room that no photos seem to exist of. If anyone could help I would really appreciate you!

Anyone else frustrated with wildly varying and delayed CookUnity delivery times each week, especially living in a city with a kitchen?

I’ve been doing CU for a month now. First few Monday orders showed up less than 2 hours after leaving the warehouse at 12pm which was awesome! I thought every Monday would be like this. Then I had to move to a Sunday, the Sunday delivery didn’t show up til 5:30 after leaving at 12pm, and it was delayed 2+ hours. Now I’m back on Mondays, the next one was 3+ hours after leaving the warehouse, and today after leaving at 12pm on another Monday, it’s 6.5 hours and has accumulated 2 hours of delays. I’m getting really frustrated with how variable it is, and it’s so hot I have strong concerns about my order coming later and later each week and the food being safe. I live in Atlanta where there is a kitchen. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Need ideas for where to see the Big Boy train moving Sunday/Monday that’s not the Union Station viewing. Located in Kirkwood

We missed the chance to get tickets to the viewing party at the Transportation Museum to see the Big Boy roll by next week, and we don’t want to see it stationary since we’ve seen a couple in museums. We’re trying to figure out where we should go to see it pass by. We’re in Kirkwood, and we know the last time it came through Kirkwood was pretty insane, so we don’t think it’s a good option. We need somewhere we can easily park and get to for viewing it pass by. Does anyone have any ideas? We’re fine with Kirkwood if anyone thinks it won’t be crazy, but the last time it was pretty crazy and people camped hours for spots.

First order - some of the chicken has a super “chickeny” or almost gamey taste. Is that normal?

That’s it, that’s the question. If you’ve eaten chicken with this taste I know you know exactly what I’m talking about. I’ve also seen it referred to as “old chicken” taste. I don’t know how else to describe it. This is my first order and the chicken is generally ok, but 3-4 pieces in each chicken dish so far has had this awful gamey chicken type of taste. These are all white meat/chicken breast dishes, these are not dark meat. Is this typical? Is it just bad luck?

[Japanese > English] Need help translating a handcrafted cat shirt

I bought this at the annual Nyan Fest in Tokyo in April, I have used Google Translate but the answer varies from weird to nonsensical. When I use Google Translate the front of the shirt gives me “cat pressure” and the back gives “sleeping on butt” and “I don’t care about food”. I would love to hear what it actually means since the translators go quite literal.
