My female giant asian mantis recently molted and is an adult now. How long do you think i have with her?

Some electrolyte drink packets have citric acid added to them and it can make your acid reflux worse if you have it really bad 😭😭 ive been drinking two a day to try and hit my sodium goal and its been making me throw up. Dont make the same mistake i did 💔

I went to the cardiologist today, explained how ive been passing out after standing or stretching and basically all the other pots symptoms. He said i have dysautonomia, and explained to me what was going on in my body, which was just the exact explanation of pots. He also said pots is really rare. But i still dont have a diagnosis or anything. He said to drink tons of water and get as much salt as i can, and come back in two months if i still have symptoms.

I dont like salt but i need alot of it. Im drinking two electrolyte packets a day which is 1 gram overall. But i dont really eat salty foods and i dont like salt, how ate you guys doing it? Will eating pickles give me some sodium? Do i just have to suck it up and salt all my food?

I have wavy/curly hair, its really inconsistent and its straight in some spots and very curly in other spots. I really want straight hair but i dont want to straighten it every day. Is there products i can use? Like anything i can use at home. Does anyone have any experience with this?

My knees have no stability and my kneecap just goes wherever it wants to and that makes any physical activity very difficult. My knee constantly feels like its all twisted or like sideways and i need something to hold it in place

I feel like i can always feel my heartbeat and its always somewhere weird like the side of my elbow or my feet or something. And sometimes the heartbeat is so strong too. Its currently in my legs right now and i can feel it so hard in my lower legs by my feet. Im assuming its from blood pooling or something?

Has anyone else dropped feeder roaches? Did you find them? Im assuming it will just die, theres no food or water in my room for it. I think it fell behind a table and i cannot find it😭😭

Not sure if this would be the right subreddit, but i figured someone on here would know. Ive been going to alot of local concerts and stuff and i want to be able to carry narcan on me but im not sure how i would go about it. I dont carry a bag on me but i do always wear cargo pants. Could i just keep it in my pocket? Is there a small container i can get to safely carry it in? I have narcan and i was trained how to use it but it doesnt do anything if it just sits in my house.
