Hi, I am interested in learning to Trick. I visited a place that offers such class. Although at the front door it states that only indoor shoes are allowed, people just entered the facility while wearing street shoes. This included the staff. Is this common especially in Western society? I can imagine that after we have landed on the cushions stepped on by them, our face and body will have bacteria, virus, particles from dog faces urine, etc. from the streets and the toilets. How likely can I find a place that is strict on "no streets shoes" policy? How do we deal with hygiene in those Tricking facilities? My doctors said that my skin is very sensitive. One time I did some exercises on the dirty floor in a studio that allowed streets shoes and my skin got inflammation.

Also, are there easy-to-clean gloves that we could wear during class?

Hello, just received a Penalty Order of Red Light Camera System. It stated "The photographs taken by the red light camera system show that the traffic control signal was red for 1.0 seconds as the vehicle approached the intersection and that it was red for 2.8 seconds as the vehicle travelled through the intersection failing to stop for the red light." The first photo they showed indicates that my car was turning right and the second photo showed that my car disappeared (as I turned right and the camera could not see it anymore). They asked me to pay $328.25 including a Provincial Victim Component of $60 and Provincial License Plate Access Fee of $8.25. Nobody asked them to access the licence plate.

I have driven for 11 years. Never received a ticket until last year. Last time they said that I crossed the intersection after the light turned red for less than a second (if I recall correctly, at about 0.3 seconds which is too fast for human respond).

Hello, I was using the laptop as usual. After moving to another location, I noticed that stuffs in the front pocket of my laptop bag were unusually hot. When I tried to take out the laptop, it was crazy hot to the point that I worry it would cause a fire hazard. I opened the lid and no image showed up on the screen. Even the computer was very hot, fans did not seem to be spinning. Continued to press and held the power button but it didn’t turn off as the led on the button was in white light. Tried several times and the computer seems to be off now. What is wrong? Do other users have this problem. Is this new model having some issues? Have used many laptops for many years. Never seen anything like that.

Hello, is it a good idea to fully charge the laptop. Then unplug the charger and use it until it runs out of power and shut down. Then recharge it to 100% to recondition the battery?

Hello, the laptop was 76% last night. I closed the lid and plugged it into the power adapter which came with it. 11 hours later, when I opened the lcd lid, it is still 76% even there is a lightning symbol on top of the battery symbol on the bottom right meaning it is charging. What is wrong?

Hi, I tried to use the pen on the trackpad a few times. Even after charging, no respond. Not being able to move the cursor and select. Is my unit defective? Is there a setting to enable pen input?

Hello, I am setting up my Pro 9i Aura 16” 2026. I read somewhere that it is better not to fully charge the battery to 100% but 80% to prolong the battery life. Is that true?

When I go to bed, I certainly plug it in the ac adapter. During day time, I often use it outdoors for a few hours mainly doing office productivity, YouTube video watching and web browsing. I don’t think I can carry that big 245W battery with me. For these tasks, maybe other lighter and smaller charger.
