Only seats for district 1 and 3 are up (5 total districts). Anyone in the county can vote for these seats irrespective of zoned district.
Also: because there are only two candidates for District 3, this August 18th election will have one or the other winning
But since there are three candidates for district 1, there may very likely be another election during the general on November 3rd because one candidate needs 50%+ to earn the seat
TL;DR:
District 1: Miller or Lopez or Plavac
(D1 likely going to runoff into November 3rd election)
District 3: Rockwell or Pelham
(D3 winner declared august 18th)
