Ceilings pieces fell from a restaurant parking roof and damaged my brother's bike. Who is liable and how do I handle this?

**Debris fell from a restaurant’s parking roof/ceiling directly onto my brother's bike while it was parked on their premises, causing damage.**

[EDC] Went from a 4s straight to a 16 Pro — you don’t need to upgrade every year

My EDC: iPhone 16 Pro, wired Apple EarPods, Casio G-Shock 5600UE (2021), buffalo leather wallet from Ambur (2017).
Skipped a decade of iPhones and honestly didn’t miss much. We’re at 3-4nm chips now — there’s only so much more speed you can squeeze out per generation. A15, A16, A18, A20… it’ll never be a PC-style leap, phones don’t have the power budget for that. Most of the yearly upgrade hype is just status, not need.
Meanwhile the rest of my kit never needed an “upgrade”:
• Wallet: 2017, still going strong
• EarPods: wired, no battery to die
• G-Shock: 2021, Tough Solar, still perfect
Buy stuff that lasts, use it till it dies. That’s EDC.

Does this channel concept and logo make you want to listen?

Hey everyone,

I’m launching a new YouTube podcast called NOTKNOCK. It's focused on existentialism, philosophy, and stripping away predetermined answers to look at radical freedom.

The core message/tagline is: "Stop knocking. You're already inside."

I want to keep the branding very minimalist (using the black door icon). Based on this channel description and logo concept, what are your honest first impressions? Does it intrigue you enough to click play?

Thanks for any constructive feedback!
