Did I damage the camera taking photos of the eclipse?

I didn’t realise this was apparently an issue and used my phone camera to look at the eclipse and take pictures, everything seems fine but I’m seeing loads of stuff online now saying I shouldn’t have done that?

Was at Finsbury Park for 2 days this weekend with my husband to see Biffy & Wolf Alice. Was hanging out enjoying the vibes of the supports & then The Last Dinner Party came out & I was utterly bewitched, transfixed, spellbound. I haven’t stopped listening to them since & I am now obsessed 🖤
