Any recommended Structural Engineering Firms nearby Elk River?
I need your help to slap LGI homes in the face, I removed some moldy drywall from an exterior air leak, and both sill plate anchor washers were freely spinning. The anchors were also not tightened. I have bets on the rest of the house like this, and LGI's warranty and reps are not willing to fix this. 4 year old home, slab on grade.

How does my slab on grade house only have 2x4 sill plates? MN 2021 Build, 1 story.

Basically I did a "random" drywall inspection 4 years after owning the home and found a bottom plate anchor not even tightened. The metal plate was freely spinning under the nutt.
Or I can go after the homebuilder and inspectors, thOts?
