Location: Virginia - What should we do:

-been harassed and talked by another tenant in the apartment (made 2 police reports)
-asked lease management if we can move in 30 without notice and they said no
-lease office has been dismissive and laughed at the situation
-our main window blinds are perpetually broken with allows the person to stare into our apartment to which lease office said it’s not an emergency
-leasing office is intentionally not documenting complaints and said they “not tickets”
-in addition to the stalking and harassment the place is just inhabitable

Can we legally sue them and terminate lease without penalty?

Recently I went for a facial for the first time as my waxing is coming up but when I told the lady what product I use she told me to throw it away immediately. She said both those products are cancerous asks really drying on the skin. Now my question is 1. Is that true? 2. Are there any products that are very similar in texture and level of moisture? My husband and i want to adopt a child in the US. We would like the child to be south Asian as we are both South Asian and help the child grow up around people that look like them. My question is idk when to start the application process. Idk if it’ll take us more time bc the % of South Asian kids in adoption places is very low so maybe it could take more time?

Hi guys, I’m really looking for advice here (hopefully facts and logic).I am a tall skinny girl (87lbs) mostly bc I have hella food allergies. How do I deal with comments everyday from family saying I’ve lost weight? Also it doesn’t help my husband has been with only thick girls in the past and only watched corn with thick women. I feel really insecure and compare myself. He’s actually really mature about it and reassures me and reminds me he loves me and that was in the past. But it doesn’t help my brain:/

I have worked at one of the big consulting firms did the part 3 years and now am thinking to get into cyberlaw. More specifically I want to help companies ensure they are following proper ethics surrounding AI and want to help build regulations on AI. What would be the correct path for this? Hi guys. I need to get out of a lease bc my mental health on that apartment is really bad. The complex is requiring 60 day notice + 2 months extra rent. So total 4 months for rent. I’ve raised many concerns for example leaks and harassment from neighbor but they are not budging. The apartment is in Virginia and the apartment changed management recently so not sure if I can use that to my advantage.
