Ever since starting Effexor 4-6 years ago, I have never been fully “cleared out”. Yes I poop but never feel empty like I used to. Sometimes I have to poop and only toots come out or little bits. Sometimes I strain and there’s the tiniest bit of blood on the toilet paper. Sometimes my poos take a while. Sometimes they’re “normal” but they still don’t make me feel empty. Or sometimes they can take 20-30 wipes to be fully clean. It’s really annoying to me because I always feel like I have to poo. I always am bloated looking and feeling, and always gassy. It’s finally time I think to do something about it.
Anyone have any ideas?
And as a look inside my world, tonight is the second night that I have had the following:
- Kefir
- One Metamucil pill
- MiraLAX
- 4 Prunes
I am always eating beans and vegetables and drinking water so I don’t think that’s the prob.
Is it time to see a gut doc? Or some other type of doc? I know this is cuz of my meds but the meds are for my migraines and they help and I don’t want to get off them. I think the gut stuff got worse when I went up a dose maybe.

Like yes I get the templates are good and it makes it easier to use social-first fonts and transitions….
But as someone who learned to edit a decade ago on FCPX and just got CapCut yesterday I need to know. Am I missing things or is it really as unhelpful as it seems?
I’m in a template and it doesn’t seem like you can reorder clips except by replacing each one manually which is bonkers
I can’t view the name of the audio that the template is using, so I have to Shazam and find it on the gram manually
On mobile if I try to open up the same project suddenly it won’t let me edit within the template, but instead shows the entire thing as one singular clip
Stuff in this app takes so long to do I might as well do it myself 😭😭😭
