I'm trying to refund some itunes purchases my kid made from a while ago but when I go into the refund page of report a problem, none of them show up! They appear in the regular page where it shows all the purchases, but not the refund place! I'm very confused as to why so if anyone knows, i'd appreceate if you could help me out.
