In desperate need of help - no period for a year

Is there anything I can do to get my period back? I stopped taking birth control a year ago and haven't had a period since. Doctors have been useless. All they recommend is going back on birth control, which got me into this situation in the first place. Does anyone have any natural remedies, medications, teas, or advice? Everything is very welcome. I'm going crazy, lol. I've been diagnosed with PCOS since I was 16, I'm 20 atm. Before starting BC my period was regular.

No period for 12+ months

I (20F) grew up having very long periods (12+ days) so I was bleeding 2/3 of every month. Later on I got diagnosed with PCOS and decided to give birth control a try. After 6 months of taking BC I stopped due to side affects. Now, a year later my period is still missing and I can't get it back. I'm also having extreme fatigue, weight loss and increased anxiety. Doctors aren't any help whatsoever and I'm getting kinda worried. Has anyone been in a similar situation? Thank you for any feedback!

Najem kombija

Čez novo leto za 5 dni z družino planiramo izlet v Francijo. Ker nas bo 8, razmišljamo o najemu kombija. Do destinacije imamo cca. 1.238 km v eno smer.

Ima kdo izkušnje ali priporočila, kje najeti kombi? Kakšne so okvirne cene in na kaj je treba paziti (kilometri, zavarovanje, vožnja v tujino itd.)?

Hvala za vsak nasvet!

Can't take my diagnosis seriously.

I got diagnosed with anorexia, and I genuinely don't believe I am sick "enough" to need treatment. I eat every day (at least five times a day) I have sweet treats etc.

On the other hand I am underweight, lost my period, I track my calories and I workout daily. I can't imagine gaining weight or eating differently even tho I should probably gain some. Is this really anorexia or is it just me trying to stay healthy and take care of myself? So confused :(

Calorie estimate? Chicken katsu rice bowl

Japanese-style katsu bowl with white rice, fried chicken katsu, fresh salad, spicy mayo and japanese BBQ sauce. The plate is quite big, half is salad and half is rice.

Got my diagnosis in less than 10 minutes

I just got back from my psychiatrist who diagnosed me with OCD and anorexia in literally 10 minutes or even less. Is this even a valid diagnosis? I did suspect I have OCD it since my sister also has it and I definitely do see similarities but still. Is this normal?

Not sick enough to see a psychiatrist

I have been struggling with food for about a year now. I lost a lot of weight and lost my period, but I still don’t feel “sick enough” to see a psychiatrist or get a proper diagnosis (if I even have an eating disorder).

The thing is, I eat ice cream every day, have 3+ meals and snacks, and work out a normal amount. Should I even bother seeing a psychiatrist?
I do make sure to stay in a calorie deficit every day, log all of my calories, and I’m very specific about how and when I eat. At this point I genuinely don’t know what’s normal anymore.

All I see online are people with eating disorders eating much less than I do, and even people with healthy relationships with food sometimes seem to eat less than me. I’m terrified that I’m actually not in a deficit and am slowly gaining back everything I lost.

Thank you for any opinions. :,)

Worried AF, doctor not helping

I'm starting to get really worried because my doctors haven't been able to give me any answers.

For almost a year, I've been dealing with extremely low blood sugar and low blood pressure, along with constant fatigue and unexplained weight loss. My symptoms keep getting worse instead of improving.

Last week, I even passed out, which has made me even more concerned.

Has anyone experienced something similar or have any idea what could be causing this? I'm not looking for a diagnosis, just wondering if anyone has gone through something like this and what it turned out to be.

Any advice or experiences would be appreciated. Thanks.

Normal amount of food

How do I know what's a normal amount of food to eat in a day? After years of restricting I completely forgot how much food I actually should be eating. I feel like I'm genuinely eating so much all the time so it's making me want to restrict again. I'm terrified of gaining. How do I know if I'm eating too much/too little?!

Predvsem me zanimajo izkušnje v Ljubljani.

Hvala!

Very low blood sugar

I had my blood sugar tested about two hours after eating breakfast (sourdough bread with avocado and a boiled egg), and the result was very low: 2.4 mmol/L. Should I be concerned? Could this be diabetes, or is it more likely to indicate something else?

I've also been experiencing severe, persistent body fatigue, which has become quite extreme. Could this be related to the low blood sugar?
