If I take 80/20 ground beef and cook it until all the fat evaporates, is it now similar to super lean ground beef (97/3) in terms of calories?
80/20 is significantly cheaper, but i dont want the extra calories that come with it. Can I just cook it until the fat evaporates and get the same/similar calories per serving?
