Hey B-Town, I am a newly homeless person, and I am thinking of moving to Burlington. I am looking for a nice, quiet park, in a friendly, safe neighbourhood.

I have heard good things about Central Park, but I am not sure if the school zone is right for me.

I don't have a car, so I will be largely getting around on foot. Are there any walkable neighbourhoods to recommend? I've heard the Dynes area has sidewalks on both sides of the street so I think I would prefer that to Oakville, since they only have sidewalks on one side of the street, since they cannot afford both sides.

If not a park, are there any homeless shelters available in Burlington to take care of people like me? Surely, such a wealthy community, with such a strong social conscience, with a desire to do good and be good in this world, would have at least one men's shelter?

Hey guys, I was driving down New Street the other day I noticed how clean and well kept the fences are on both sides of the street, but if push comes to shove, the south side along Shore Acres was a little more impressive. And it got me thinking, there are so many great fence lined streets in Burlington, like Upper Middle, and Walkers even has that tall wall along the west side north of the highway, which is pretty sweet. What are some of your favourite fences in the City?
