These 3 person panels with their scripts.. Never ask me about myself, never ask the standard questions you practice for. Usually jump right into scenario-style questions. I get that, but at least let me try to sell myself.

And what really makes me mad is that they saw my resume. They invited me for an interview based on that. And then my 20 years of experience means nothing to them if it's a little outside their dumb scripts.

Is it harder to find shredded Oaxaca cheese in certain places? I'm inundated with Chihuahua and "Quesadilla blend" but not pure Oaxaca .

Don't worry, yes I do love Chihuahua but I wanted to try something new.

Looking for an easy way to spice up my quesadillas. I have no problem making my own, but canned would be nice sometimes.

I reheated some homemade chile verde from yesterday and it tasted 10x better than when it was hot and fresh.

Seriously going to consider just planning meals this way because it's not the first time I experienced this phenomenon.
