I'm very new to skincare, I've been gifted these skincare products, how many times a day should I put them? How do I apply them the best? In the future, if I buy more, which one I should?

So, I did the iq test in 9th grade and at the time I got a score of 136 and my psy advised me I may be autistic.
Today I finished my therapy to find out and apparently I have Asperger's, tho she said is pretty hidden because I learned a ton of social skills and people simply do not notice.
How can I "Fix" my autism as much as possible? I know it isn't curable or anything, but I want to reduce it's limitation with the best of my possibilities
