I always save a good amount of money by taking a bucket and a drink from the top of the trash of a theater that just released. I then go to the bathroom, wet a napkin and wipe the bucket and run soap through the straw + fill up the cup with soap + water and shake. Then I dry it off and go refill for free.

I've saved hundreds of dollars over the years doing this.

Got done with 2 years on the road (traveling through 8+ states) and settled back home in Texas back earlier this year. Then a concert came up in LA in April so we decided to take the van, instead of our car we got back home, so that we could save on hotel fees. Ended up straight shotting it from Texas to LA and all was well until 1 mile from the exit for Sofi Stadium some dumbass hit us and another car. (Funny sidenote, I told the cop "I've gone through so many cities and states and then get here and this happens" and the cop throws up his arms and says "It's LA" lol) All that happened to my van was a big ugly

His insurance had me take it to a collision repair shop and then after that long process they said they couldn't work on it because it had a topper and not original paint?

Now the insurance has decided to declare it a total loss and is offering $7,500 for it but, I have to make my title a salvage titled and I don't necessarily want to do that because if I ever decide to sell it then It'll lose market value. What would you do?

Anyone else really mad about Burger King increasing the prices of the Impossible Whopper on Wednesday's? It's no longer discounted to the same price as the regular Whopper...

Whopper Wednesday used to be a great backup if shit hit the fan during my Wednesday weekday and I couldn't make lunch or dinner...

I get it's a cheap store designed to streamline everything to make prices more affordable, but damn, if you're taking the local's money at least give the locals jobs?

Also, sidenote and completely unrelated, but Qdoba is god awful and I don't understand how it's been in business this long. It was somehow better when it was still owned by Jack-in-the-Box corporation.

I placed a $340 order in August. As soon as I placed the order all I got was a confirmation # and a screen showing the total. I never received a confirmation email or tracking #. This was right after Yeezy re-opened since Shop shut them down for the HH tee (which I also bought and never got refunded for, but that's just $20 so whatever) At first I was fine with it and decided to wait it out since Yeezy has fucked up in the past with stuff but I always got my orders usually.

Fast forward to now, I have been emailing back and forth with Yeezy CS since August about this order and it keeps "getting escalated" then they email me again a month later and ask for all the same info, then it "gets escalated" again... My bank won't do anything about it since I authorized it and it's been so long.

I would've bought so much more stuff if they had gotten this order to me or refunded me at least, but I can't justifiably purchase more from him until I get my order or my money back...

Anyone else order around this time and have this problem?

Been holding since 2021, then when the RS happened a few years later my average went to $48 per and I was very discouraged.

However, over the years I thought about the fact that AMC is the largest theater chain and I decided to start DCA'ing my investment. Now I have got my average to just above $8 per share and just surpassed 9XX shares! Very excited to see where this goes. AA buying has me bullish!
