Our first exposure to this world shows a Dante like character complete with duel wielding transforming pistols, and catchphrases, "hear the lullaby, rest in piece, baby." taking on a mysterious cloaked figure. Who is revealed to be our beloved Otaku katana wielding assassin on his quest to become #1.

Goblin Slayer

Our story starts with a young, semi inexperienced, group taking on a quest from the guild to clean up a goblin nest. They even have a backstory further emphasizing their importance so far. They believe it'll be a cakewalk, approach the cave, but are soon overruned, murdered, and even raped, by the goblin cave. Showing how incredibly dangerous Goblins are and how to never underestimate them. Our hero Goblin Slayer shows up and makes easy work of the Goblins, only saving the surviving members of the group.

Detective Dave Cronk, Supercop. About to bust the biggest drug ring in the country, then blam, explosion. What remains of him is taken to a lab to be rebuilt. But then.. a comedic misunderstanding. The Wino from the scene was rebuilt instead. "Yeah no no.. I thought it was weird you wanted to build a.. WINOBOT *titlecard*"

Damon Riccitiello (No more heroes series) - John Riccitiello

Damon is based off former EA and Unity CEO John Riccitiello who infamously had a hand in changing Suda51's game Shadows of the damned into something unrecognizable from the original vision to appeal more to western audiences, and the rise of first person shooters. In Travis strikes again, Damon beats one his coworkers almost into a coma for making constant changes to a game they were making together, takes the game home, makes a bastard version of it, and releases it. A meta commentary on how Suda felt working at EA. Damon would return in the sequel game as a CEO of a corporation in the city of Santa Destroy, he is psychically linked with an Alien who is just as worse as him named FU. Basically Suda saying

FU John Riccitiello.

Lord Farquaad (Shrek) - Michael Eisner

The definitive example of this trope. Shrek and DreamWorks were created out of spite for Disney after Jeffery Katzenberg was fired. Farquaad is portrayed as a tiny tiny little man as an FU to Eisner. The story is as famous as the character itself.

Mr. Huph (The Incredibles) - Jeffrey Katzenberg

Bob's boss in the Incredibles is based on Katzenberg, a caricature from the way he looks, talks, and acts, he's a ruthless capitalistic short man who bosses everyone around and doesn't care at all for the well being of others, including the people he's supposed to be helping in the healthcare market. He's more of a main villain than Syndrome. Many people described Katzenberg like this and the Pixar team made their feelings known.

This is from community backlash from players reportedly unhappy with 4 zombie Nemesis or any slowdown what so ever. Survivors will also be given the option to open exit gates if they get downed at the start.
