Damn, so far I’m underwhelmed. I was afraid this would happen after signing with a big label.

First attempt at reverse sear a few months ago vs now

This is why I love doing this. Each time I cook I always look for ways I can get better. This was my best reverse sear yet on a steak!

Is she headed for a molt? What can I expect? i7

We‘ve had her exactly one week and she’s been eating good, usually she’s out and about but today she’s in her web and it looks like she’s made it thicker. Is she getting ready for a molt? What can I expect if she is?

This was my first attempt at a pork butt. 9.5 lb cooked at 225 for 16 hours. Got some tweaking to do but happy with how it turned out.
