Should i change from working out 6 days to 5 days? What's the best program?

I work out for almost 3 years now and barely got any results. Now i am trying to taking it more seriously by trying to lose fat(21% rn), so i am on a deficit with 1890 calories per day, with some sweets every 2 days to increase the calories(i can't live without sweets, so i put them in the diet). The thing is: I train 6 days in the week to hit every muscle twice without spending more than 70 minutes in the gym. But i think 5 days should be better for resting, so i am think of doing that. I already tried PPLUL, but althought the leg days were fine to complete in 70 minutes, the upper days were always too long. What should i do?

Good/funny gaming content

I want to download full playlists of gaming content, but not streams. I want videos similar to dunkey/scotthewoz, where they are sharply edited to get the best jokes.

Improving myself didn't seem to work

I am a 27 yo that never kissed a woman. I am actually not this word for some dumb reason is blocked, since i lost my virginity with a hooker, but she didn't want to kiss(besides the sex, the experience was terrible). My problem isn't just sex, i want someone to desire me romanticly, sexualy or socially, which never happened in my life. If i have to pay someone to get intimate, i just prefer to masturbate, My hole life i was put down because i was undesirable to women, if you are a male living in a pretty uneducated country(Brazil), where every man is a construction worker, you know how this affects your mental health. It gets worse because even people that i would look up to put me down because of it(male teachers, family, friends). But i always saw people with similar situation getting told to "improve yourself", so i tried, i began training in the gym 3 years ago, started to pay more attention to clothes, and trying to start conversations with women that showed a little bit of interest(like a longer look). 3 years later, nothing. Sometimes i just want to cry in places that are full of people when i think in my situation, i can't hold it. My problem isn't just the looks. I am pretty poor, even for brazillian standards. I am trying to change that by getting a techinical degree(2 years, not consider bachelor). But i can't see myself stable finantially for at least the next 3 years, since my only options now are jobs that pay less than the minimal wage(and i spend like 5 hours in the classes+locomotion).

OBS: Please don't give me generic advices, because i already read them on other posts. Also dm me if you want to know more or see a picture.

I want to give up trying woman

First time on the sub or doing anything similar. I do have a long history of struggling with mental health(Trying to better myself everyday, but it's hard), and i would like to talk about that, but if you are not feeling it, we can talk about anything. My hobbies are: cinema, gaming, tv shows, fantasy and a little bit of soccer(i am Brazilian).

Seated cable row 45 kg

I think something is very wrong just looking at it. My back is rounded(i am working on that, but it's gonna take time). Also, my head is too forward. I am not feeling my back either.

How do you deal with the "pain" on the middle of the set?

I struggle a lot to train until failure. For me training until failure is when you can't get the weight up anymore. In some exercises i have no problem doing that, like tríceps pushdown, barbell curls or cable lateral raises. But on exercises that recruit more than one muscle like dumbell press or lat pulldown, the secondary muscles start hurting really bad before the back or chest and i can't keep up. But i do a lot of reps(10+), because i am trying to improve my form, when i get confortable with my form, the weight will go up. Do you guys have some tips?

Obs: I heard that you don't really need to feel the muscle burn to grow that muscle, but i feel like that is bad form.

I am 5 11" and weight 82 kg. I also work out for 2 years.

Dumdbell Shoulder Press(Each dumbell has 12 kg) form check

Ignore the music, please. My back isn't pressed to the bench because she has a curve. That's why the bench isn't in 90° either.

Is this diet to extreme for a person that it is in cutting and goes to the gym?

I have been going to the gym for almost 3 years, but i didn't get the results i want. I think the main problem is that i gained too much fat, so i am trying a cutting for a month now. I am 1.80 cm and 82 kg(Started with 86). My belly(where i got the most fat) was 102 cm, now its 95cm. But i am fearing also losing a lot of muscle because of the low calories(apparently i spend 2500+ calories because i go to the gym).

Obs: I can send a photo on the dm if you want to see how my body is.

Inclined dumbell press

I am trying to get my elbows closer to my body, so i dropped the weight from 24 kg(each dumbell) to 18 kg, but my elbows are still a little far. The thing is: The PT from my gym said that the form is good already. Is he right?

https://reddit.com/link/1uw9716/video/479xrjdh87dh1/player

O pior é a comparação.
