So how did this group become so gay? I need history.

I joined this group because I like the videos that Derek guy makes. It has been maybe 6 months and I've since discovered this is basically grindr and fat chicks? Which is fine. Just wondering how it went from being about that Derek guy to... this. Haha

Scrubs suggestions? Male

Hello, folks. So I've recently lost quite a bit of weight and have spent a lot of time in the gym. Dropped 30+ pounds and getting some muscles. I need to buy new scrubs because my current ones I keep having to tighten and pull up as I walk. Wondering if any of them men in here know of any brands that fit comfortably for a good physique. Maybe looser around the belly and tighter around the arms and shoulders? All the ones I keep finding online are baggy around the arms.

Got cjc/ipa in my reta

I usually pin everything separately in my lab research, but to save on so many pins and skin agitation and potential scarring, I wanted to try and pin multiple things together. I draw up the cjc/ipa and then went to dip into my reta and it pulled the fluid in. Dang pressure. Now the vial is cloudy and a little clumpy. You think it is still fine to use? Given that I know it's not bacterial contamination but rather other peptides clouding it up?

Pictures are a vial of reta and then the vial of reta that I peptide contaminated.

Tanning questions

So, I'm pretty white. But ive been making an effort to get more shirtless outside time in and I'm starting to tan nicely. Well, I was at Walmart and saw this stuff and googled it really quick and the internet said the the product speeds up tanning. I deliberately didnt get the "bronzer" one because (i may be wrong on this, I only started caring about tanning recently) I didnt want a fake tan. But anyway - to the point of this post:

It's spf 15. When i first googled it, it said it provides "no meaningful protection" from UV and that you should get 30 or higher. But upon googling the specifics, it says spf15 blocks 93% so I dont see how that's not meaningful.

Also, if youre blocking 93% of the UV, would it, in theory, be better to just be outside for less time with no sunscreen or more time but block 93%? Maybe I'm taking these numbers in an uneducated or too-literal sense but blocking 93% sounds like you're making the tan take longer. But the spray makes you tan.... faster?

Actually, as I'm typing this, I'm also googling more and I now see that UVB is apparently blocked 93% while still letting the UVA through which is what does the tanning. So, I suppose this really answers my question for me.

So maybe I no longer have a question. But I'm still listening if people that use these sort of products more often have thoughts on them. Thanks.

Darien Lake location - rides open?

Anyone know if most rides are open at darien lake? Last time I went was a couple years ago and half the rides hadn't been open including the main ones we wanted to ride. It's an hour and a half drive so I'm debating on if it's even worth going.

Finasteride and minoxidil ads

I keep getting endless finasteride and minoxidil ads, I assume because the data knows I take trt. Honestly, I don't really have much, if any, hairless going on. But I was wondering if you dudes on larger dosages have tried this apart hair-growing magic concoction to help with hair loss? I was thinking about trying it just for a fuller head of hair. Haha

Misconceptions about TRT

I'm only throwing this out there because of comments I was just seeing on a post about some young person taking trt. NO***** I am not condoning trt usage. But I just want to point out that the two prevailing ideas that 1) once youre on it, it's for life and 2) once youre on it you're "neutered" are both 100% false ideas. Testicles WILL gain back normal function a little while after you stop taking TRT. You can even take hcg while on trt to never lose function of your Testicles. OR you can take hcg after getting off trt to speed up the recovery. The amount of times I've heard "once youre on it, youre on it for life. You can never have kids" blows my mind. As if nobody has access to google to better inform themselves. I know people who took trt for 10 years, got off for a few months to get their wives pregnant, and then jumped right back on it. These lies are spread to discourage people and make them think it's some massive life altering thing when it isn't.

Ticks

Trying to decide when to go if I do go this year. Been up that way twice. Once like 6 years ago. Again like 2 years ago. I'm wondering how the ticks are expected to be this year. I live in western NY and talk is that ticks are going to be god awful this year. Seems like it gets worse every year (because it does, I think).

Adding tirz to reta.

Semiglutide must be so out of the loop now because none of my people sell it so I'm leaning toward adding tirz. I'm at 6mg of reta a week and the weightloss is fine and sides are mostly non-existant but the appetite suppression is essentially 100% gone and has been for a week or two. Since it's the appetite suppression I'm mostly seeking, I figure adding tirz would probably be more beneficial than simply upping the reta dosage. But how much tirz is my question? It looked like people take a higher dosage of tirz than reta. How much should I start at?

Conversation with ER nurse

Update: ended up pumping a few units into them and now they're being rushed over to another hospital. They had just ordered a massive transfusion and then decided to transfer instead and let the other hospital do the MTP. Thank the lawd.

Only bloodbanker on at night at a mid-size 180 bed hospital. ER patient with a critical hemoglobin.

Me: Hey. I need you to send me a type and screen stat. We have a hemoglobin of 4.9. Unless you think it might be diluted?

Her: oh gosh. No, I don't think so but I'll send another.

I get the TS like a minute later.

Maybe 10 minutes later the new cbc comes.

Her: what's the hemoglobin?

Me: Not good. 4.3.

Her: oh shit!

Me, not wanting them to panic and order emergency release: but if you give me like 15 minutes I'll have blood ready!

Her: okay. Okay.

Got the blood ready, just glad I don't have a bunch of paperwork. Apparently the patient was actually on their way to one of the bigger trauma centers but the EMT thought he seemed okay and diverted them here. Nurses are not enthused. Drop of 0.6 in less than 15 minutes and a hct of 14.4.

So... big lump in my shoulder?

I have pinned in my shoulders numerous times. Pinned earlier today and it bled - which usually doesn't happen. Wiped it away and all good. But then a lump formed. It's painless and not black and blue or anything. I actually forgot it was there until just now. It's like the size of a quarter. Never had this happen anywhere before. Little worried it's like a pocket of blood or something. Thoughts?

Injecting high-pip product along with low-pip?

I don't usually inject two things with one needle to avoid cross contamination but I'm starting to not care. I just want fewer pokes. I pin a low dose of primo so it barely hurts, but ive heard my 200mg primo can hurt a lot at higher dosage. I'm wondering if I draw it up with my test E (which causes me no pip) if it will dilute it in the syringe and cause there to be less pip if I were to want to increase the dose of primo and inject them together.

Naps in tanning beds?

I've never tanned. Thinking about it though. From what I read, you're only supposed to really spend 5-10 minutes in them at once. But then I come here and see people talking about napping in them. Lol. Maybe that is why yallz got cancer? Haha.

Tanning on cloudy days

It's cloudy out right now. I was going to go for a walk and work on my tan but felt disappointed by the clouds. The internet says you can tan just fine with cloud cover, but whenever I go out on cloudy days, I feel like it's not doing jack. Is it just in my head or is the idea that tanning is still great on cloudy days BS? Educate me.

It's beginning to feel a lot like christmas.

My stockpile (which I know is nothing compared to half of you lol). I've actually never taken the NPP. I'm on reta, trt, and primo. Was taking anavar but swapped that out for primo maybe a month ago since I'm just cutting and figured it would help with my high e2 and I dont want to take too many things at once for now. But once I get to where I want to be weight-wise (I'm currently down to 176 from 204 in two months) then I'll do some bulking and add in some other stuff from the picture.

Side note, I've considered throwing out the A-tech. The constant need to reheat it to ungel it is annoying and there's been something floating around in it. Just a little speck. Maybe a piece of rubber stopper? It doesn't seem to be spreading throughout the vial like bacteria but idk.
