Subject knowledge History PGCE

Hi so I start my PGCE next week. I’m a career changer and I have an undergraduate degree in History from 2014. It’s been quite a long time since I sat my GCSEs. I’m basically worried because I feel that I forgot quite a lot in terms of knowledge. The subject knowledge audit was due two weeks ago to help our course lead understand the support we need. I filled it out honestly. But I’m worried that it might impact my teaching. I have this fear of freezing during teaching and not knowing what I’m saying.

I have sort of been recapping KS3 topics from the audit before we start. But I’m still not 100% on knowing every topic. Will we have time to develop our subject knowledge throughout the year? Thank you
