Genuinely confused how im not loosing more weight as im literally eating at my metabolic basal level im 6’1 and 78kg now im eating 1700 calories daily and i feel like its going super slow i make sure to do activity daily i was eating 1900 at first but decided to cut down as ppl adviced me to here but its still going as slow

My feet stopped growing at like 12 when i was like 5’9 and ive been a eu size 42 ever since even when i kept growing in height

Im 18 185 and 79kg i go on the tread mill for atleast 30 mins a day walking max incline in 4’5 km speed i eat very healthy, im eating 1900 calories a day and i use food scale for all of my meals but the scale is not moving ive been doing this for around a month now and im loosing hope what is wrong (btw there is no gyms close to me so i dont have that option i can only work out at home)

Anytime i go to the doctor to talk about me thinking i have lipedema due to bruising not being able to loose weight, cankles, fat feeling lumpy under skin, bad circulation in legs they somehow always have to bring up the fact that i am at a healthy weight and that i "look normal" how do i get my point across fully when i always feel ignored and i just get so frustrated.
