It was likely on Fanfiction as I read it sometime between 2017 and 2019. The story starts in summer before Harry's 3rd year with him getting onto the night bus. Rather than going to the leaky cauldron he decides to head to Hermione's place since if anybody he knew and trusted understood wizard law it was likely her. This leads to her parents meeting him (Hermione's father says something about Harry atleast not being the ginger kid who made Hermione cry) and after an explanation of events Hermione basically clears the kitchen table to spread out her books and research what can be done. Since the 1st incident was Dobby related they decide to contact the DMLE via Hedwig. This kicks off Amelia and Tonks showing up the next morning to 1: get a statement about the Dobby incident which does result in his first warning being recinded, 2: explain about sirius black and 3: explain that Tonks was now playing bodyguard for the duration of the holidays.

Hermione and her father both point out that the situation with Sirius Black makes no sense as if there was an explosion then there'd be bits of Peter everywhere and not a clean cut finger. This gets the case reopened but without Sirius turning himself in for questioning they couldn't do much.

Basics I remember is that Izuku has a healing quirk comparable to wolverine or Deadpool. Most of his hero merch plus household bills are from him donating his organs at hospitals (iirc one organ is used to save Aizawa after the USJ incident). When he gets into UA without AfO his main strategy is basically break himself against his opponent until he wins via attrition. Bakugo basically sees him as a walking talking punching bag, there was also a thing with Aldera saying since there was "no lasting proof" of his injuries then they'd do nothing to stop the bullying which comes back to bite them and Bakugo in the ass when Izuku attends UA. He's also not immune to Shigaraki's quirk but he's able to out-heal it meaning it hurts like hell for Izuku but as he heals faster than the Nomu he is declared as the "party tank" by Shigaraki.

It was up around 2020 or 2021 and starts with Izuku getting his quirk from All Might and taking the entrance exam. He saves Ochako like cannon but also Tsu and Iida who were in the same exam area when the 0 pointer goes out of control despite Powerloader's best efforts to stop it remotely. Its revealed that the 0 pointer got hacked by an outside force which later turns out to be the LoV. Bakugo starts in 1A like cannon but after watching his outburst at Izuku for even being present Aizawa sends him to the main office and continues with the rest of 1A. He wants to expel Bakugo but can't due to the 3 strike policy at UA so he has him swapped to 1B while Kendo is out in 1A.

The battle trials sees Izuku fighting Kendo and the two accidentally demolish a chunk of the floor they're on because they got carried away (kendo while fighting and Izuku because he was trying to analyse her quirk making the fight drag on longer). The USJ sees the plan to subdue Kurogiri partly succeed because Kendo didn't jump in recklessly but Kirishima still did. Kendo also manages to get ahold of Kurogiri at one point and threatens to crush his support gear collar with him wearing it if he so much as tried to make a portal. This unfortunately leads to kendo getting slammed aside by the Nomu.

It was on either Ao3 or fanfiction, I think it was rated M.

What I remember is that Harry after the incident with Fudge dismissing his claims about Sirius and believing Snape decides to ask Susan if that was normal because her aunt is head of the DMLE. When Susan explains it sure wasn't normal Harry asks if she can contact her aunt and explains the entire situation. By the next morning there's DMLE personnel rushing into the great Hall to arrest Snape, start conducting interviews and demanding to know how the hell Peter had snuck in.

This eventually leads to a trial for Sirius being held and Dumbledore admits under vertiserum that he did give Sirius the secret personally confusing everyone before they find out baby Harry kept freaking out about Sirius which was unusual as he only did it around Peter. This makes them realise Peter had used Polijuice to frame Sirius and a nationwide manhunt is launched against Peter.

Its a crossover with Highschool DxD on either Fanfiction or Ao3. Basics I remember was Rias is attending UA instead of Kouh (Nezu is aware of the supernatural and UA is considered neutral ground), Momo is half Fallen angel from her mother and Izuku is revealed to be half Dragon because of his father. Ibara and Asia end up reincarnated too. Raynare shows up with the boosted gear after she murdered Issei and this causes Sona to relocate to UA since she didn't want her sister causing the next ice age if she stayed in Kouh.

There was also a thing with them finding out that Aizawa hunts stray devils when they were doing a routine extermination to which Aizawa tells them he still expects them to get to class on time and he won't except any excuses.

Basics are that Eri escapes overhaul and somehow manages to get to tekoba beach where Izuku and all might find her. Initially they think she's a lost child and try to ask if she knows where her parents are only for Eri to explain she escaped the Yakuza and curses up a storm about overhaul making Izuku look horrified and Yagi looks pissed. Eri explains she's older than she looks but Overhaul kept resetting her body to child sized whenever she tried to escape to keep her under control easier. Eri says she thinks she is around 14 or 15 years old but isn't sure the exact time but she has been keeping track of the new year celebrations.

A few weeks later and the Yakuza base is raided but overhaul escapes. Due to the danger Eri is given a temporary home in the All Might Agency Tower in a guest room. She eventually gets into UA specifically 1A under recommendation and when someone asked why a child was present Eri explains she got rewound a bunch by a villain making most of 1a cringe. There's also a bit where Eri uses her small stature as a means to prank Neito in 1B by acting scared of him which gets him a chop to the neck from Kendo.

It starts in 2nd year with Molly disowning Ginny over the chamber of secrets and Harry is beyond livid especially when Ron and Percy agrees with their mother. The twins are also pissed at their mother and brothers for this but can't do anything about it beyond pranking the hell out of Ron and Percy. Harry decides he's claiming Ginny as his sister if they're gonna kick her out of the family which turns out is enough for magic to recognise Ginny as a Potter now. 3rd year rolls around after the disaster with Ginny and Harry going off at the Dursleys and also Aunt Marge after which they find out about Sirius Black. Hermione is still friends with Harry and is now friends with Ginny too but the trio completely ignore Ron which results in Ron starting to fail classes without Hermione helping him with homework. Eventually they do prove Sirius is innocent and the poor man is confused and wonders aloud if he forgot about James and Lily having a second child before lamenting he's a terrible dogfather for forgetting a fact like that which Harry and Ginny explain the actual facts to him.

Its a Deku/Momo fic where both of them want to be heroes despite Momo's parents being Yakuza (heavily implied to be the ones who invented Trigger) and Izuku's dad being All for One. They end up sneaking off to UA under the premise of "spying" on the school but in actuality explain the situation to Nedzu who starts giving the 18 year olds information to pass to their parents which while true is so inconsequential that it doesn't matter in the long run. This culminates in the USJ attack happening with Shigaraki expecting Izuku to side with him only for Izuku to attack them instead. After the sports festival Momo ends up saving Eri and destroying the Yakuza run by overhaul which accidentally helps her parents corner the Trigger market. Momo meanwhile takes Eri with her to UA and decides shell raise her with Izuku.

Basics I remember are Izuku cleans the beach per cannon but is unable to manifest OFA during the exams due to his nerves but he still manages to throw the concrete chunk off of Ochako to save her. During the quirk test he calls bullshit against Aizawa as he obviously rigged the results as no way Katsuki scored that high with a number of students also pointing out that Izuku should definitely be at the top given he's much more fit than 90% of the class. This eventually culminates in All Might being put in charge of 1A while Nedzu deals with Aizawa's bullshit.

Basics I remember are that Harry accidentally summons a fae as a child and when the fae tries to trick Harry it notices the situation he's in and decides it's messed up even by Fae standards so it kidnaps Harry to the fae realm where it's revealed the fae is Titania queen of the fae and she adopts Harry. Years later and Harry starts at Hogwarts already knowing some Fae magic and on friendly terms with most of the house elves. He befriends Hermione and Neville in 1st year and in 2nd year finds Luna and is shocked that there's still Fae outside of house elves roaming in the UK to which Luna corrects him that she's only a quarter Fae from her grandmother who returned to the fae wilds after Grindelwald's war. When Lockhart unleashes the Cornish pixies they initially run amok until they see Harry and rather sheepishly line up along his desk before he tells them to stop acting like crazy idiots which gets the pixies to stop messing about.

Basics are that Izuku has a quirk that basically lets him reassemble his own body in a similar way to setsuna without the flying bit. He gets One for All and even if he blows his arm off he can just go collect it afterwards or even have the limb crawl back to him to be reattached. Bakugo due to this sees Izuku as the perfect test dummy for his quirk and Mei sees Izuku as the ultimate lab partner who she doesn't need to worry about blowing up. Izuku actually likes to help Mei and power loader is worried for everyone's sanity due to this.

It's mostly to cannon until Hosu with Izuku getting cut into bits by Stain only for Izuku to beat up stain with his dismembered limbs. Eventually he does save Eri as overhaul isn't able to effect Izuku well due to all the natural breaks in his body due to his quirk leading to Izuku kicking his ass. There's also a funny bit where Eri is holding Izuku's hand and accidentally walks off with the arm because Izuku got distracted by hero merch.

Basics are that in a Bruce almighty style fashion Harry ends up as god post battle of Hogwarts. After fleeing to the USA to avoid rabid fangirls he settles down in a small town that inevitably gets a small demon problem, he's in the middle of sorting it out when Sam, Dean and Castiel show up with Castiel having a freak out as "oh shit it's dad!" To which Harry has to clarify he isn't God he just got stuck with the position. And he decides since his temporary home got blasted by demons he may as well help the Winchester brothers stop the apocalypse.

There's also a bit I remember where he's arguing that Treacle Tart is better than apple pie which ends up in a fist fight while Bobby and Castiel start placing bets on the outcome.

Basics are that the supernatural is known about but still not common enough that it's an everyday thing. Young Izuku is getting bullied and is treated that badly that an actual guardian angel jumped down from heaven to help him given the teachers were goading things on, the angel turns out to be Raynare. After defusing the situation Izuku is horrified that Raynare fell/jumped from grace just to save him before Raynare explains she wasn't going to watch him suffer and if it ment falling from grace then heaven can get screwed. Inko after meeting Raynare is conflicted about the situation but ultimately offers Raynare to stay with them. Years go on and Izuku is trained how to fight by Raynare and even learns how to use magic including light spears and some basic healing spells. When he's going to the UA entry exams he meets Ochako who turns out to be a devil from the minor branch of house Bael and cousin of Rias.

There's also an entire thing where when Aizawa asks Izuku why his quirk wasn't being erased that Izuku admits it's magic and not a quirk prompting Aizawa to curse about the supernatural under his breath.

Basics are that 1A is a class for rehab villains and vigilantes. Ibara is a villain who kept killing nuns after she kinda went insane. Toga actually got some help and is in 1A. Katsuki is in 1A after he tried to assault the pro heroes during the sludge villain incident while Izuku was tossed in due to the falsified records from Aldera. Mina, Kirishima and Kaminari are part of a gang. Ochako is a known thief, Jirou and hagakure are underworld info brokers. Shoto snapped at one point and tried to kill his father too. Mineta is in for obvious reasons too.

I remember there's a bit where 1A decides to bust out of UA to get Katsuki back from the LoV and as they're all getting over the UA wall to get off campus they're casually greeting Monoma and Kendo as they go past them. To the utter shock of 1B Monoma actually agrees to help them if only because despite not liking 1A initially he does admit nobody should be help captive by the LOV.
