I noticed when I turn on my Onn Pro 4K 2026 that my VPN is on automatically. Is there a settings I can change this at? I looked and can't find one. Thank you!

I have an ASUS RT-AX86U router. I noticed that DDNS was enabled on my router recently I didn't make that change, I didn't enable it. Would an recent "Signature Update" to 2.516  Updated : 2026/07/28 cause this to happen without my knowledge? I thought this was odd. My firmware is Current Version : 3.0.0.4.388_24436

Any ideas how this could happen? Thank you!

UPDATE: Now it's working properly! Definitely a Vsee issue. I hope it doesn't crop back up.

Check this out... I just downloaded the latest Vsee update and now I can't connect to Live Ultra or Live+Ultra unless I enable a VPN! Ridiculous! It says I need to connect from the US and I'm in the US. Vsee needs to get their act together! Anyone else having this issue after the update? HEAT LIVE works perfectly fine WITHOUT a VPN.

NOTE: I don't have Verizon or any other issue that would cause this.

Hi! I shared my cameras (TC82's and TC85's) with a family member, but when you check their android phone it doesn't save any video of activity. We tested it and they can see live activity when someone has activated the camera and they can even talk to the person via the speaker, but the video is never saved on their end, only on my end. Any ideas? Thank you! NOTE: I have the Tapo cloud service plan.

For those having issues try this...

So my one V6 plus box Heat VOD works just fine, but on my other one it just sits at loading and never does. In order to access Heat VOD on that one particular box I had to got to "Smart Upgrade" and open it from there. It opens just fine that way. So what's going on? Why won't it load from the main screen icon? Why do I have to go into Smart Upgrade to get it to work?

Am I correct in saying that DNS-over-TLS (DoT) settings are not available in the ASUS router app? These settings are only available via the Web GUI? My router is the ASUS RT-AX86U with the latest firmware. I can access these settings via the WEB GUI, but they don't seem to be in the app I have on my phone. Seeing this makes me hesitant to use the phone app because settings made either via the Web GUI or phone app should carry over to each other? I'm concerned that I will have two different settings if I use both of them to make changes. Let me know all you can. Thank you!

How do I know what protocol I'm using exactly if "Automatic" is selected?

Is there a way to sort servers fastest to slowest?

Also why is it not possible to enable Block trackers, malicious sites, ads, and adult sites unless the Automatic or Lightway protocol is selected? I would like to use Wireguard with these blockers. This is a big turn off to me and it's making me think I don't want to go past my trial period with Express.

P.S. I've had PIA VPN for years and it's part of Express no? It allows me to use Wireguard with MACE enabled and MACE is a blocker. Why can't Express do this?

Hi! This is happening when using PIA on android with Wireguard. When doing a check at https://dnscheck.tools/ I'm getting some signature failures as seen in the screenshots. In android "Private DNS" this happens when it's set to either OFF or Automatic. With either of those settings in place I'm using PIA DNS correct? If I set it to a 3rd party DNS service such as dns.adgaurd-dns.com I don't get failures. Is there an issue with PIA DNS? Can anyone shed some light on this and should I be concerned? Thank you!

Hi! Is there a way to display the source name? I ask because me and my friends have shared multiple sources with each other and it would be nice to know what source we are watching. It doesn't have to be there full time, just something to show it briefly or until we click it off. Let me know how to do this please. Thank you!

Hi! I have the new Onn 4K Pro 2026 model. I have an LG TV with a new Vizio soundbar connected to the LG TV via ARC. On my Onn remote I am not getting a responsive volume control. I have to smash down on it and keep pressing it continuously to get it to respond with volume up or down. I doubt there's a problem with the remote. I'm guessing the issue has something to do with my connections or a setting? It would be nice if I could figure this out so I could have quick control of my volume up and down. It's becoming very annoying not have a responsive volume control. Help figuring this out id appreciated! Thank you!
