Costco has doubled since 3/3/23.

Why?

What made this company double in value in such a short time? We're not talking a tech or AI company. They sell gas and groceries! Can someone explain this and how I should have seen this coming?

It's trading at a 48 P/E

I heard from someone that primer should be about 50% of the color of the top coat. Do I ask for primer specifically for my top coat color and they match to 50% or so?

The trim will be a white shade, does trim usually have primer? Is it the same, they match to 50% of color?

Edit: House is stucco. Currently a light green color and changing to a different green color.
