After wanting to get back into gaming and waiting for price drops or deals which I now know is not happening it came up in convo with a buddy and he suggested cloud gaming and I was not up to speed on it at all. So for the last week I’ve dived into nvidias GeForce Now. Honestly I’m very impressed although limited library not seeing a handful of games I’d like to play but I’m able to play my favorites at least. I’m absolutely still waiting for a deal on a console or upgrade to helix. I owned the S at one point in 2022 but $500 new is ridiculous for that console. So if your like me waiting for a sale or good deal on marketplace consider ge force as a temporary or maybe permanent solution. Pretty bizarre how it works.
Just got my setup going. I’ve linked my Xbox account (which has no membership currently) and my setup is a hardwired high speed connection, M1 Mac mini, desktop app for use not browser, wired Xbox controller and headset connected to the Mac. I have a decent gaming monitor and just want smooth gameplay without stutter or lag which I was getting on the free tier which I assume is common with the basic rig given. I don’t care much for 4k I was totally happy with the Xbox series s performance and if I can mimic that I’d be happy. I assume all the same games are offered with each tier from what I saw but the hardware you get is better but is it necessary or do people experience smooth gameplay on the basic paid tier? Please let me know.
i just heard about this through a friend. i linked my xbox account and have the GFN desktop app on my mac. Im using an M1 mac mini and have my xbox controller connected via bluetooth and headset plugged into macs audio jack. everything sounds good, controller response is great but there is alot of in game stutter/lag. is this the result of the free tier option? is my mac not powerful enough? im going this route because its way too much money for a new xbox currently and i really want this to work. unsure if there are setting i need to fix in each game or what to fix lag or if this is a direct result of the free tier.
I watched this back when I was younger and randomly got the kick to search it up again on YouTube after campaign evolved play through and wow I miss it and want to watch it all in order. I never got to finish this show. Thanks!
the song was supposed to be on her 2005 Libra album. i've been able to find an MP3 only which is low quality. it was available as a bonus track on itunes it said back then and on some international copies of the album yet i can never find a lossless version let alone a decent mp3. i cant even finda way to purchase this song either.

I have an outstanding credit profile aside from my utilization being higher around 39%, 730’s score due to that mainly. This is based off credit wise breakdown so the score is ballpark. I paid off $1k which is going towards my $5k debt nearly most of which one card and the interest free period ends soon. I had some car and other big expenses all at once but things are good now and I’m able to throw $500 minimum at it a month. Last month was $1k. Interest kicks in around August 28th it says and I wait to get my utilization as low as possible before applying for a new card to do a balance transfer. I’m hoping to get approved for $5k but would still be happy with 3-4k as I want to pay the least amount of interest as possible before paying this off by years end. Should I not worry much about my utilization if everything else on my profile checks out? Was trying to get utilization as low as possible before applying. Also havnt used my credit cards in a while so I won’t make a bad habit of this just an unfortunate set of circumstances which do happen.

Just curious if say I was to get a loan for $500 would that add to my total debt and increase utilization? I’m assuming not since I have $5k available to spend but that amount doesn’t show in my total available credit.
Is it bad for the car to be driving around in this insane heat!? Feel like I’m just cooking my cars electronics and internal components. 95+ everyday lately and I’ve been avoiding afternoons and just doing morning and night where it’s most cool for driving. Am I overthinking this?
Had my mobile mechanic change my PCV valve on my 2014 Camry. Wasn’t even aware that was a part my buddy just recommended I do it since I’m at 146k miles and never did it. After learning a bit about it there is a shake test and after taking out the original PCV you can shake it and still hear the ball moving which is an indicator it’s good. Did I do this change for nothing? I’m happy to do preventative maintenance regardless so not upset about it. I’ve heard the ball can still move but springs can be faulty. Wasn’t even aware this was something people change at intervals like 30-100k. Always learning something new.
I’m tracking my macros and curious to know if I’m losing any fat or much to matter when draining the liquid from the GB.
im still cracking away at some debt accumulated over the last several months. im still within my interest free period so the goal is to get the utilization as low as possible before I apply for a new card to get 0% APR for a year, do a balance transfer and pay it off by years end. my score is a 716 according to capital ones credit wise. it was 800's prior to the debt being that im excellent in everything aside from utilization. i assume i have to wait for it to update before seeing if im in a good spot to try and apply for a new card. the goal is to get approved for close to the balance i owe on a new interest free card.
ive never taken the macros seriously and fell off the exercise routine i was on but now im back and dedicated as ever. alot of life in the way the past year and i just fell off my game. always good to get up and go again!! so my question the macro breakdown, i used to get 85/15 exclusively but wondering if thats too much fat for my goals. im trying to get to 155-160 pounds of lean muscle. would be happy anywhere between 10-15% BF. i tried asking chat gpt out of curiosity and it was basically the breakdown of 190-200g protein, 200g carbs and 60g fat. i don't want to overcomplicate things but also very determined to get lean on AB. any tips or suggestions welcome!
FYI recently i got into eating cottage cheese (2%) with cooked cold ground beef and its my new favorite way to eat that meal. absolutely love it so thats a staple for me! for an idea mainly what ill eat per day recently has been 1LB 93/7 GB, generous few servings of cottage cheese, 4 eggs, banana (sometimes 2), 2 kiwis, an apple (also sometimes 2). i eat twice a day now (12 and 6) with the exception of a pre workout snack before the gym which is around noon and thats typically yogurt. (if i am not craving GB i will substitute it with chicken for a meal with my eggs). im not sure if i should move past this whole calorie counting thing.
Due to price hikes the S is the only option. Will it still be able to play games well such as the new gta and other big releases
