1.Get tested via PCP, std clinic, express clinics

2. Finding out who infected you is a moot issue, deal with that later.

3. Start your antiviral treatment asap

4. Women: there is a antivirus cream to apply

5. Women should stay hydrated to decrease burning during peeing.

6. Women should also touch base with a obgyn.

7. Keep affected area clean and wash your hands frequently.

8. Be aware of secondary infections and other STI.

9. Vent to close BFF, support groups even reddit.

I asked the master mechanic how often should I change the transmission fluid on my 2018 Ford Platinum escape. He says never. What other fluids etc should I perform?
