I know manual cars are dying out. I’d venture out from Japanese to European. My hubby is not down for me to get an 86 it won’t hold its value since they still make them. Lease is due soon. Once it’s due, how long after I’m still liable for her making sure she pays the rent on time? After a year right after that it’s not valid anymore right? She won’t sign the n9 with me. So it will go month to month. How long do I have to be tied to to my roommate?
We signed as 3 people on the lease. Our lease ends this October, 2 out of 3 wants to leave after our 1 yr term is up, however , the 1 won’t wanna move out. Is there any way that 2 can leave without being tied to the 1 that wants to stay? Can an N9 60 day notice be a good idea?
