We Our close relatives who we have had much conflict with for over 30 years. They are first cousins. I’ve been dealing with this drama between both families for my whole life. I got married recently and decided to be the better person and invite them to my wedding. It was the hardest thing I did in my life but I wanted to end the drama and start fresh. They came. Wedding went well. Now it’s their kids wedding and I thought they would reciprocate but they just told us they don’t want us at the wedding and I am in disbelief. All the work I did to reconcile to bring families together has been broken. I really felt like going but they for some reason did not reciprocate and it’s so heart wrenching everyone in our whole family all over the world is going is going except us. I also found out they have been telling others things about me which is not true.

I guess I know I did the right thing in my life.

Should I reach out to tell them how bad they are for breaking the bridge I made?

Any advice?

I am 31 years old. I got married last year. Before my marriage I was around 175-180lbs regularly. I gained weight fast, and a lot. I think all the stress made me eat more. I am currently 210lbs and the worst shape of my life. I was never like this. My stomach is popping out and there’s fat all over my body. I need to make a change now. I got my fitness pal and it’s showing me my daily calorie is 2593/day to lose 1-1.5 lbs / week.

I try to eat less. But I get major headaches and get very lethargic when I don’t eat much or don’t have many carbs.

Yes sugar is my culprit. I eat cookies and cakes which I can’t control. I took out all pops and juices. I eat heavy Indian food which I need to cut out. For breakfast now I am eating just 2 boiled eggs and half a toast with some fruit.

For dinner I am trying boiled sweet patatoe with brocolli and grilled chicken

Someone please assist me on what I should do

I had a shoot today in a house that was vacant. Water was running but toilet wasn’t. I suddenly had to poo so bad. First time it happened where my poo was coming out. I checked if the toilet flushed and it flushed once but not again. I then felt it coming out more and more. I had no choice but to hold the poo in my hand because I knew if it was in the toilet it would have been worse. I put a bit down the washroom sink. I thankfully had a plastic bag in my camera bag and dumped the rest of the poo in that bag and threw that bag in their tree garden because there was no other garbage cans around. It was so embarrassing. This all happened 5 mins before the agent showed up to talk in the video. I used Lysol to remove the smell and kept the door open.

I work in a new building and they have a 2 stage fire alarm. First chime is slow and is a warning alert. Stage 2 alarm is a louder and faster chime which means evacuate immediately. Also do PA system kick in Automatically? Simplex 4100ES

I hate public speaking to begin with and causes me beyond extreme anxiety and my face turns all red and I tend to talk really fast. But my team is very toxic and on purpose during my presentations they asked me questions that I know I won’t have the answer to and ask me questions that are very difficult so in front of everybody I freeze because I don’t know what to say or how to answer the question.

The reason for this is because an armed intruder could come and pull the fire alarm to get everybody out to shoot all of them.

We have been married 1 year. Our families never really like each other and there was no vibes. I work at a four-story building and we are looking to install areas of refuge in the building for people who cannot evacuate safely and have a bench there so they can wait for firefighters. Would they be best to be located beside elevators and emergency stairwells or any other specific requirements.?

I am a chief fire warden for my building and oversee fire wardens in each floor. What advice or tips would you give us to do when an alarm goes off before firefighters arrive on scene? What info do you need to know? Our wardens do sweeps on all floors to check if people are evacuated.

Hello all…I have started a new position in emergency management and have to give some trainings. My first training is for lockdown and one question that came up is if there is an armed intruder or a lockdown situation or shelter and places activated and people are sheltering in place what if the alarm goes off at the same time or the active shooter pulls the fire alarm? what’s the best way to deal with this situation for staff? Are they to ignore the fire alarm and continue to lockdown until the first responders tell them otherwise??

My second question is what the staff member is the chief incident Commander and they have a guest with them while the alarm goes off are they to bring the guest outside to evacuate or bring them to a certain area or what?
