What job title is this?

Thinking of applying for this kind of job. This is at 34th St. Herald Square station. There is also another person standing by the emergency exit at the other entrance. It seems like they just guard the entrance gate and stand there. This is a genuine question, so no hateful comments, please. Just really curious and interested about their job so I was wondering what the official title is so I know what to look for in my search. Sorry if I offend anyone. Just looking for work. Thanks.
