How do I get syringes to administer my hrt in bangalore

Hi guys, i came back home from my bachelors in germany for my semester break, and I brought the vial of estradiol valerate that I got via diy there with me, and a couple syringes for the first couple weeks. I use 27g u-40 or u-100 syringes that I can get over the counter there, but after asking at a couple pharmacies they only give syringes out with a prescription here in bangalore. Can anyone please help me by sharing where I can get syringes from without a prescription? I'm closeted from my parents still but i really don't want to go off hrt because I feel terrible without it. Any help/advice is appreciated!!

Edit: I got the solution, just order em from the tata 1mg app, they don't ask for a prescription as of writing this!

Everything in my life just feels like shit

I hate having to keep hiding my chest from my parents I hate the stupid haircut my mom made me get I hate how I have to endure the present moment. I don't think it's normal that every second I spend sober just feels like utter agony but the only reason I haven't turned into a total druggie is because I'm used to it so I can go for a longer time without anything but mainly just because of my current lack of funds. I don't know how any of y'all haven't just devolved like me to numb the incessant and at times debilitating pains of life that comes from being born this way via weed and alc. I don't think I can stay at home for another month and a half.

Idk if stupid rant posts like these are allowed here I'll delete it if they aren't

(Art by me, but it's like from a year ago)

They should invent a drug that permanantly makes you not feel like killing yourself when you wake up every other morning

(art by me btw)
HRT worked for a bit but eh i think im kind of out of that honeymoon phase. Weed and shrooms are nice but apparently it isnt "socially acceptable" to be high out of your mind 24/7

How do I deal with feeling so ugly and sad with how I look

I don't know why I keep fluctuating between feeling happy with how I look and absolutely hating everything about myself. It doesn't help that I'm back home for my semester break and I have to bind basically 24/7 with 2 training bras and also boymode literally all the time. My mom keeps shouting at me to get my hair cut and i know that it's gotten super messy but I don't even have the energy or willpower to call up a hairdresser, ask them if they would do a fem haircut for a trans girl and then actually go there and get it done.. i genuinely don't know what to do with my life, I just feel so depressed some days that I can't do anything at all except lie in bed.

Are there any queer/trans friendly therapists or experts in bangalore

I plan on coming out to my parents in a few days and I want to have them talk to an actual expert or a professional who can explain this to them. I'm 19 years old and they will definitely not take a single word i say seriously so i would like for them to talk to a therapist or a doctor who is knowledgeable about such things. Any help/advice is appreciated.

Hi guys I'm tripping out rn

I had like 200 micrograms with my roomate at around 5:30 pm yesterday, and we didn't feel it hit at all so we had another 200 each at like 10 pm and then started cooking and stuff and it honestly started to hit him really hard like he had a lot of anxiety and got super stressed for a bit but I calmed him down and now we're all cool. Rn as i type this it's been like 12 hours since we popped the first tabs and I'm sitting in my room waiting for my phone to charge listening to the voidz and just trippin outtt

I'm gonna go sit outside and see the sunrise in a bit. Yall should listen to all the same by the voidz if you haven't it's such a good song

I have no idea what i look like and it kind of makes me sad

I don't know why, it must be disassociation or something but I don't know what I look like to others. I'm 19f, and I started hrt around 9 months and the only thing I can say is that now sometimes when i look at myself im able to feel happy, but I don't know anything about how anyone else in my life sees me. I think my body might be fem but I have no idea how my face is even perceived. To be clear im not asking if I pass, i just am so confused about if my face is even being read as slightly fem by the people around me because it doesn't feel like that at all.

Just finished all my finals for this semester today!! Can't wait to actually relax for a while πŸ™‚β€β†•οΈ

Hii guys I made a post a couple days ago asking about how fem/masc my style was and I was so happy to have gotten so many kind comments from you guys I could literally cry thank you all so much!! I think I've found a sort of middle ground that I like, I only need to get some better tops now xD

I'm going back home for my sem break and I have no idea how that's gonna go, I've been on hrt for like 9 out of the 12 months I've spent here after leaving home and my parents don't have a clue πŸ₯²

I literally have no idea how to hide any of these changes or if they notice how to even explain it to my parents without them freaking out lol. Does anyone have any tips?

19[F] Am i dressing too masc to get clocked as a trans girl?😭

Im 19f and pan, and I feel like even if I was born cis I wouldn't really dress too differently to how i dress rn but i feel like that's kind of messing up how other people see me. I came out to a friend yesterday and he seemed way more surprised than I thought he would be. He thought that I was just a really bi guy and idk how to feel about that. I feel like my body itself is way too masc (i am only 9 months into hrt but like still) I don't really know how to comfortably dress more fem and now I feel like I need to.

I'm not really closeted but I'm not like "out" either so idek πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ

I guess I could try doing more makeup and stuff, rn I kinda only do eyeliner but I guess I could learn something more. This post isn't really for advice or anything it's more of a mini rant and I also felt cute and wanted to share a few pics (the last two are a fit from a couple months ago when i was a bit chubbier and my hair was shorter)

I'm lowkey giving up hope that any of the issues we suffer from will get solved within my lifetime

Honestly I'm just giving up hope that the majority or even a significant amount of cis people will ever reach any amount of understanding or empathy for us to care for us as normal people within my lifetime. We've been far too sensationalised to ever have a truly nuanced conversation with cis people about anything like the accessibility of hrt and the true severity of going through a puberty that you don't want and the medical measures we have to take to prevent children from suffering from it or even like on a social level just the slight deconstruction of arbitrary things like gender roles or the dismantling of the patriarchy. Atp the only thing I care about is that the people who I love and who are close to me see me the way I want to be seen and respect me as they would any other girl. I can't be asked to actually try to make everyone else feel that way too.

I'm not a white person either, so I've seen this exact same thing happen with race already. We still arent over racism in the slightest. By my midlife it will have been basically 2 and a half centuries since we started trying to take it down and i still have no hope that it will be any better by then. Homophobia and transphobia are the same, only they actually started to try and empathise with us from the 60's onwards.

This is a stupid doomer rant that has very little coherence but i think that at least some people here might agree with the general sentiment

I dont get trans pluralities

Let me preface this by saying that i am making this post from a place of ignorance, and i want to genuinely be educated.

I will love and welcome any person who feels like they would feel comfortable as a part of any community that i am in, so long as they dont bring any harm on any of its members or me, regardless of whether or not i understand why they say they feel a part of it.

That being said, I dont get trans pluralities.

On a social level, being trans can be broken down into two things:

  1. the gender you were assigned at birth based on the perception of your physical body attributes by the people who delivered you(and consequentially the gender you were raised as)
  2. the gender you truly are; a concept that only you can know for yourself completely and requires a certain amount of self reflection to determine.

Now when one says that an "alter" (i hope im using the terminology right) of theirs is trans, because the alter was internally identified and realised as one gender at first and then later eventually after more introspection is actually found to be of another gender, how can this completely internal identification first of all, be wrong, and secondly, is it not transphobic to believe that a mental psyche can even be misidentified in terms of gender?

If theres anything i can truly say about myself, its that my mind and soul is 100% that of a girl's. The reason i call myself trans, am able to medically transition with comfort, and so many other things is because i know this for myself and on a certain level i have always known this.
If i ever did doubt this it was because of the circumstances of my birth where people wrongly told me that i was a boy based on my physical characteristics and i had no choice but to go along with them. If the world we existed in was one only of minds and personalities and none of us existed with physical bodies, i have no doubt that i would have been identified as a girl from the moment the person who i am started to exist. I feel like every other trans person would also feel the same way with their genders respectively.

I have tried to do research into the concept of having an alter or existing as a plural system within one body, but the only legitimate research papers i could find show that it is a common response to abuse and trauma. Now i know research papers are not on our side most of the time but i find it hard to believe that there is zero supporting evidence or at least a basic level of scientific understanding towards this concept that affects quite a few people. Maybe i havent looked in the right places, but if anyone could please provide me with some literature or papers that describe plurality it would help a lot. (this is probably the main thing that would help the most)

Once again, if someone feels like they belong to a community that i am a part of and are not actively harming anyone by being there, i will welcome them with open arms.

can we not fucking demonise DIY hrt and fearmonger it like this

Title says it all. Im tired of people making useless posts like these that do literally nothing to the world except get more people scared of what a treatment that could be lifesaving to them. Its disgusting and deplorable and the fact that you cared even half as much about its effects you could get all your questions answered within less than 5 google searches. Its honestly just pathetic to even think of creating and posting something like this.

Sissy culture and fetish content are lowkey ruining the image of the transgender community, especially in India

I feel because of the outrageous porn epidemic in india, most trans people's first exposure to the idea of transitioning is brought to them by fetish content on porn sites that heavily warps their view of who they are and fundamentally changes their forms of expression of self for the worse. Most of these trans people (especially trans women), before even realising they are trans are exposed to this hyper-sexualised and honestly disgusting portrayal of trans women by the porn industry, depicting us as some sort of fetishists who live a secret life as part of some kink, when that couldn't be further from the truth. They are then taught to keep that part of them as a secret like that and to only express it in private, and this idea is only affirmed when they see closeted trans women who cannot express themselves because of transphobic society.

Let me be clear, I have nothing against the community and the activities they engage in, and I am well aware that there are "sissies" who are genuinely cis men, but in my opinion the vast majority of them are trans girls who are victims of the porn industry telling them that the only way they can be comfortable with their life is by turning it into something that should be kept a secret and as a fetish. This in turn is also leading to other people who engage in this community to conflate and equate trans women to femboys and sissies which couldn't be further from the truth. I honestly hated typing this all out but I feel like this needs to be said. I don't even know what can be done about it, hence the vent flair.

19 mtf, just wanna meet people who wouldn't mind me yapping about cyberpunk and how much my life sucks xD

Hii, my name's Natalie and I just wanna make some friends who I can talk to about stuff like videogames and life. I play mostly singleplayer games like Cyberpunk 2077, hollow knight, silksong, and Minecraft just to name a few. I also love reading manga and watching anime (though I haven't started watching any new ones in a while).

I tend to vent a bit once in a while, but I am also a really good listener so I wouldn't mind at all if you wanted to do the same too and I would totally want to listen to anything. I think I just love conversating with people :3

Pickled chillies and sour cream as I try to cram for my finals

I think that I never really learnt how to study. I always just got by school with like an 80% without ever studying anything and now I feel like I'm going to crash and burn in college. How fun.

If anyone can relate and has any tips or anything to help at all please tell me 😭 I can't afford to fail πŸ’”πŸ’”
